The unexpected surprise

It was a family stay for two nights. The location is up in the hills and far way from the crowds. You have to call the hotel people to arrange a taxi for you as you cannot book it online. There are 7 cottages and swimming pools. The breakfast area is also the reception. There are only few staff members who can speak little English. The entry to the hotel is a very small door. You can hear the sound of birds and other animals. You may like the serenity or you may get scared, especially in the night. You might be wondering why it was given a five star review! Here are the reasons: 1. Since we arrived, all the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. 2. The family room was simple but elegant layout. Air conditioning was good along with wifi. 3. The breakfast was very delicious. 4. The manager was very helpful and always enquired if we were facing any problem. 5. The driver they provided was excellent and took us to all the important tourist attractions. 6. The swimming pools were very well maintained. 7. My wife asked them to bring a special flower she saw on the way. The lady who cooks there brought those the next morning she managed to bring those rare flowers. This is really special! At first, we were critical about this place. When we were leaving , we we’re missing this place most. Sometimes it is not absolute professionalism but human elements that binds us and transcends boundaries. This place would not disappoint you !
