Located in Tiny, Ontario on Georgian Bay. 5 minutes to the marina for boat/Seadoo launch. Close to Discovery Harbour, Awenda Provincial Park, Tiny Beach, Wye Marsh, snowmobile trails & ice fishing.

📋 House Rules & Policies
🚫 No parties or events (family cottage — immediate removal if broken).
🚭 No smoking indoors or sauna ($250 fine). Smoking outdoors only; dispose of butts properly.
🔇 Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM.
🦺 Lifejackets required when using watercraft. Guests encouraged to bring their own for best fit.
🐾 No pets allowed.
👥 Sleeps 14 in beds; up to 20 with approval. $100/pp/night after 14 (including kids). Undisclosed guests = forfeited deposit + removal.
🍷 No glass near hot tub or sauna.
📹 Outdoor security cameras + indoor noise monitor (tampering = $400 fine).

♻️ Environmental Protection: Any garbage, wrappers, or bottles found outside or in the water will result in a $500 fine. Please protect the lake & nature.

🛠 Damage Policy: Guests must inspect the property upon check-in and promptly report any existing damages. Unreported issues will be considered caused during your stay.
