Had someone scan into our room and open the door at 1:30 in the morning while I was naked in the shower not once but TWICE. The lady at the front desk was very nice, but told me that she didn’t know how I even had access to the room because my reservation had been canceled??? Additionally, the safety lock on the door did not work, as it allowed these people to walk straight in. Would not recommend staying here if you are traveling alone, did not feel safe after that incident.

Best customer service on our trip

Front desk girl checking us in was by far the best we’ve had on our 2 month trip. Very welcoming and provided us info about the area. A nice welcome after a long day of driving. Room was clean and comfortable. Nothing bad to say

The property was very clean and comfortable. There weren’t any dining options around other than a Bar or Mexican food. Where the property was nice and well cared for the area isn’t. I had to drive 15 minutes to get to a Dennys to eat. Their coffee was okay.

The room was not cleaned properly before we entered, and there were dirty sanitary napkins in the wastebasket. I called the front desk to address the unacceptable condition of the room, and they informed me there was nothing they could do because we booked through Expedia. I made it clear that this is not an acceptable response; if we had booked directly, they would have moved us or credited our account. I expected better service, regardless of how the reservation was made.

When we checked in, the room was in disarray. The mini fridge was in the bathtub, and the beds and nightstands were moved. The floor was dirty where the beds were supposed to be, and the bathroom was filthy. I would never stay there again.

Clean Room & Hotel with Smelly Service

My experience was overall very good. A couple things weren’t available due to it being out of service (coffee machine broken) and/ or not available (no water dispenser). During check-in the service employee was very friendly but he had really bad body odor which was not great to experience.

Nice clean room on ground floor. Easy access. On the road side so a little bit of truck noise and occasionally a fan ticking noise from the fridge. Slept well though, good bed.
