Nice hotel in the central part of the small town. Had a great experience. Free tea was nice but coffee would be event better :D
I booked this hotel as it was the last resort to have a room "closer than two hours" to Whistler. I would not stay in this hotel again. The room was small, outdated and it did not have anything (no microwave, no fridge, no coffee maker, not even a hairdryer). My room was above the pub, it was loud until 4 AM. We were warned about the noise, but this was a bit too long. The price was not right at $100 for a hotel with no amenities. I would not pay more than $50 for this hotel.
We tried to explain my husband had breathing difficulties but were given room not only upstairs but farthest away from stairs. The room was clean. The beds were short my husband and I both 5’8” our feet hung over edge of bed. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room hot water available at times in the lobby only tea provided was Earl Gray and Chamomile. Hotel lobby not manned you have to phone to get assistance then it is not that helpful. No restaurant . Heating makes noises all night. Rooms cold and only a small flat sheet that did not fit bed and a bed cover provided

Hi there! We are very sorry your husband had issues due to his condition. For the sake of your husband, please, make a booking beforehand and inform the hotel of any chronic conditions and/or disabilities so the hotel can arrange an appropriate room, given the availability. Our hotel is frequently fully booked so we have limited ability to swap rooms for our guests on the day of check-in. For this reason we ask our guests to request quieter rooms, rooms on ground floor, or room with special accessibility. Once again, we apologies for any inconvenience. Kind regards, Dmitry
Thank you for your feedback!
