Quiet and peaceful

Restaurants close by, and even a little shopping!

My room smelled like sweaty socks, smell never left. Other room had a smoky smell to it. Hot tub was lukewarm at best. Staff was not very welcoming at the check-in.

Over all, i would stay again. They had a little bit of everything for snacks and some drinks on site. Staff was attentive. There was a false alarm fire drill. The staff handled it very well. Everyone was accounted for and properly evacuated out of building. The breakfast had dryed cereal, wafle maker with 2 kinds of batter + chocolate chips. Fresh bananas and oranges; sausage patties and links, breakfast burrito stuff, bisquits and gravy, and some kind of egg. There is a swimming pool, & hot tub, pool table and 3 exercise machines

This property had no uniqueness to it. It was way overpriced for Tulip Festival.

We had a problem with our room heater. Mgr. Gina attempted to fix the heater but soon realized it needed some repair and she up graded us to a very nice room. Her capable assistance made this an excellent stay.

Nice hotel- best choice for area. Easy access to area attractions.

Arrived and met with gentleman and girl Alexandra? Nice and warm impressions... Evening girl was great she had great customer service skills. (she was very busy and smiled and approached each one of us with good eye contact and very nice). 2nd day went well - seem to be very busy weekend for breakfast. All went good -- 2nd night they had boy baseball team in pool and no towels - When approached Alexandra ?(5/8) 830p she said there was no towels- I had to question her few times to assist us - finally she said they are in dryer and wont get them folded.. I told her to just give us them not folded for there is several boys and my family that need towel. She then said she would bring it in 10 min 20 min later another person asked and she brought a pile and set on chair. When I went back she looked to be on her own computer sitting at front desk. Maybe new but not good impression. Over all clean and nice location and everything was good.
