Sorry we didn't meet your expectations. However, I might add that we attempted to show you the room prior to entering. The room you booked is the least expensive that we offer. While clean and including AC, hot water shower, and ceiling fans, it is closer to the road and furthest from the pool and restaurant. We routinely upgrade guests from these rooms to nicer ones (at no additional cost) but you were adamant that the room would be fine. We do not offer face towels, but there were two bath towels in the room. And, yes, the two girls were somewhat surprised when they saw the snake. But, it should be pointed out that Ronaldo escorted them to the room to show them in advance of booking, and that room had not been inspected prior to arrival as they were walkins with no reservation. This is the tropics!
