Convenient access to Highway One means you can reach all the events, attractions and fine dining of the Monterey Peninsula, Carmel, Big Sur, Santa Cruz and beyond with ease. Just a 7-minute drive from dog-friendly Carmel Beach.
Living Spaces Life of Riley is a 2,056 sf, single-level home. The stylish living room is a wonderful place to gather while you rest and relax on your vacation. This space features vaulted ceilings, gleaming wood floors and an abundance of light streaming in through windows and French doors. Four comfortable swivel armchairs are gathered in a conversation grouping near the gas fireplace and the central coffee table is perfect for a game of cards.
The TV Room has a television with streaming service (guests should bring their logins for their own subscription services) and a particularly comfy, plush L-shaped sofa for lounging while you watch your favorite shows.
Kitchen and Dining The kitchen is fully-equipped for your culinary needs. Adorned with solid granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a 6-burner Wolf gas range and double wall ovens, this high-functioning kitchen is a chef's dream. The window over the sink looks out into the verdant back yard and a particularly stunning oak tree.
Outdoors Step outside to the lush, park-like setting with a live oak tree and extensively landscaped with a variety of succulents. The yard is fenced and offers privacy for dining and enjoying a soak in the hot tub. The dining table is perfect for enjoying meals al fresco and includes a cozy seating area for chats in the evening.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms Each bedroom has its own television with streaming service (guests should bring their logins for their own subscription services). Bedroom #1 is the first of two primary suites. It has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination and direct patio access to reach the hot tub. Bedroom #2 is the second primary suite. It has a king bed, and an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. The full hall bathroom has a standing shower.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. The yard is fully fenced. (Sorry, no cats.)

We loved staying at this lovely property! It was perfect for us, with the primary suite on one side of the house and two bedrooms on the other side. We were traveling with our daughter and son-in-law and their three small kids.The backyard is beautiful and fully fenced. We did not use the hot tub so I can't comment on that.Some specific pros and a couple suggestions for improvement:PROS:1) Best stocked kitchen in any rental we have stayed in - pots and pans are in great shape, nice utensils and small appliances. We used the outdoor grill and the firepit and both were in working order.2) DOG FRIENDLY. We so appreciate owners who trust people to bring their well behaved dogs! We did report to the management that when we arrived there were at least a dozen piles of dog poop out in the yard. PLEASE, dog people: respect the rules and clean up after your dogs! 3) Beds are comfortable.4) Luxurious towelsSuggestions:1) There were no paper towels - instructions say they are providing paper products for the "first few days" - we stayed 5 nights. 2) There were only two dishwasher pellets under the sink. We hand washed after those two loads.3) There was one gate pass in the home. The management said they couldn't put guest names on a list for in and out privileges, yet the gate attendants said that wasn't true. We had to pay the daily fee a couple times because we had multiple cars.Lastly: I left medication behind and they found it and shipped it to me - THANK YOU!!

Wonderful Spring break experience in this lovely home! Great location in Pebble Beach (private), safe, and quaint! The listing of a 3 bd/3-full-bath was accurate. The layout was perfect, and the beautiful kitchen was equipped with the necessities. This home truly provided our family of 4 with a wonderful vacation! Would definitely return!

Everything was just well done. The backyard landscaping is amazing and has the coolest tree. We used the fire pit and the Jacuzzi, both with no issues. Plenty of room for our vehicles out front. My dogs loved it too.

Great home with a good layout. Fire pit and hot tub are amazing. Kitchen is a wonderful set up. The house is located in a great location central to everything, will definitely stay again. Staff was quick to answer questions too.
