Heaven on earth

Where do I start? Beautiful home. Clean and beautifully decorated. Well equipped. Great views. Awesome owners. Highly advise staying here if you are looking for solitude. Short trip into town. Hope to be able to stay here again.

Family Gathering

Sister's birthday

We had a small family trip to the home, to celebrate my sister's milestone birthday. The home/location is wonderful along with the many amenities the home has to offer. The kitchen has everything one would need to cook a meal and the decks allow for peaceful times of just enjoying the surroundings. Communication with the owner was fast, very respectful and helpful. Highly recommend property to unplug, relax and recharge!

Wonderful property! Beautiful location.

This was our groups 3rd stay and we will be back! The views are breathtaking in the fall. The location is great - close to restaurants and shops. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive.

Serenity Heights is a beautiful place to stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook and eat the food we brought. Bedding, towels, everything was clean and provided. The guide book with where everything was and what was expected was very helpful. Heather was a great hostess who answered my messages promptly. Thanks so much for this great experience. :)

Quiet and peaceful

Quiet and peaceful. It was tucked back in the country away from all the hustle and bustle which is what we loved! It was very snowy and The driveway was a challenge. But all in all it was a good time for our family. The hostess was super super helpful and nice! Thank you so much

Beautiful views and home

We enjoyed our stay at Serenity Heights. It was the most peaceful part of our trip. The design of the house is so interesting with views out of every window. I wish we had stayed there longer.

Peaceful Retreat

Lovely location, beautiful home with plenty of room. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, just too windy to safely have a fire. We explored the town and surrounding communities. A great place to reconnect with old friends.

Beautiful, relaxing, amazing views

This is the second time our group of friends has stayed at Serenity Heights. We cant wait to come back! The house is beautiful and very comfortable. Whether swinging on the front porch or sitting on the covered back porch the views of the beautiful countryside outstandinng. We enjoyed watching the horses and sitting around the fire pit. Heather was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions or needs. We will definitely be back!

The sunset & sunrises are absolutely beautiful!! There were 9 of us that enjoyed the beauty & peacefulness of Serenity Heights! The only negative was how difficult it was to open & close the patio door.

Nothing Short of Perfect

Secluded, quiet, peaceful. The property was the perfect quiet retreat to return to after family wedding festivities in the area. We traveled with our young children and they had a wonderful time playing outside. The porch swing as a favorite. We would love to come back!

Great clean house with country views.

House was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of seating inside and out and beautiful views of the rolling countryside. We spent much of our time around the firepit or covered front porch, we never even turned on the TV. LOL. Good strong internet provided if you want to stream. It's a short drive to Truro or Osceola for groceries and restaurants. I'll be back.

Great Experience

I am from Oklahoma and chose to stay here when we came to Iowa for my 94-year-old mother's memorial services in Grand River. This allowed my two daughter's families from Oklahoma and my daughter who now lives in Indianola to stay together during this time. Not a fun reason for a trip but the beauty and tranquility of Serenity Heights made it so much easier. We loved our stay there and the nightly circle at the fire pit (we only built a fire the last night as it was too hot until that evening!) was a favorite as we sat and shared memories. I can't say enough positive things. Clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped, family oriented, peaceful and so comfortable. I highly recommend Serenity Heights!!
