Treasure Beach had just reopened a week or so before we arrived, everything was in great operating condition, the room was nice with a sitting room and a separate bedroom. The bathroom was big, but a little dark. We were there over Christmas and there weren't many guests in evidence, so we had the choice of beach chairs etc... It is in a good location, a narrow section of the beach and hence not a lot of beach traffic in front of you if you're into lounging, but the main part of the beach was a short walk to the right. The food at the dinners was excellent, many compliments to the Chef, he did a great job on quality, fresh ingredients, and nice portions. Bravo! The service was great, it was clear that some of the folks were a little bit new to the business, but they were very nice and well supervised. The management of the hotel was very available to us and did a lot of outreach to make sure everyone was having a good stay. I'd stay there again.

The dining area is in the patio. There are lots of birds and they come to eat from the spoons and spillovers!! The staff use the same spoon to mix food items!! I didn't eat anything from the buffet. I ate only those items like yogurts and straight from kitchen. Bird poops were present on the chairs. Apart from that hotel is good. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. If you like nice scenery and sun bathing, this is a good choice.

the treasure beach hotel is a great place to saty for couples ,not sure about children, apart from the beach and other facilities there ,im not sure its for children....the accomodation is great..you have a separate living area ,bedroom and bathroom,(with separate shower and bath)..maid service twice a day .it has a nice living area which doubles as kitchen ..its a nice place to relax with a drink in the evening .the only problem i had is with the restuarant ,dont get me wrong there is nothing wrong with is ,but boy is it expensive for what you get,.i didnt have the food plan ,so im not sure if that would be value for money or not .also there is a dress code for the restuarant after 7.30pm (long dress pants and shirt with colar)..i personally want to come on vacation to relax ,since i wear suits all week for work that didnt go down to well with me ....what we ended up doing is to go into Holetown pick up some supplies and make sandwiches etc for the day and go into town in the evening for drinks and food. beware that barbados is expensive anyway or at least seems that way to me ,but good budgeting you should have a wonderful holiday/vaction in the treasure beach hotel and barbados .
