This unique unit is in a gated condominium building located on the famous Paynes Bay Beach. It is a perfect place for those looking for a big beach, safe water, lots of water sport opportunities and good tanning. The unit is called "Green Flash" which means here in the tropics, "The Perfect Day" for often when the sun sets we see the reflection off the sea onto the sun (green). Breath taking and totally unforgettable! The swimming is idyllic with clear waters, good snorkelling often seeing our friendly turtles. This unique villa is ideal for families as well as those looking for luxury without the big price. The unit includes a housekeeper who will look after your laundry and cleaning of the apartment. It is beautifully appointed and gives the sense of happiness upon entering the front door. We invite you to come and let us bless you with some "Bajan" hospitality. We feel confident that you too will witness the magic of the "Green Flash".

We had an amazing stay and highly recommend booking this condo. The location is amazing. The beach is something from a perfect dream and the on-site staff were beyond wonderful. A true piece of paradise.

Great location/great space

We really enjoyed our week in this condo. The location is amazing- right on Paynes Bay which is heaven and quiet, close to great restaurants, markets, and lime grove lifestyle center. It was so nice having a private yard in addition to the beach right outside as we stayed there with our 3 year old, so she was able to play outside safely in between trips to the beach. The little crabs and mini frogs that come out at night were adorable to watch and there were sweet little birds that hung out with us during the day. Payne’s Bay beach was just what we needed. The water is calm and warm and the beach is quiet and beautiful. The condo is spacious and comfortable and the security and staff there are very warm and welcoming. What a gem!
