¡Espectacular villa recientemente renovada de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños con Internet inalámbrico gratuito espera su llegada! Nuestra villa está en perfectas condiciones. Estamos emocionados de abrirle nuestra casa. Quinto año ofrecido en este programa de alquiler. Usted y yo nos comunicamos directamente a través de este sitio.

SOLO 6 PERSONAS O MENOS PUEDEN RESERVAR.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size con un televisor de pantalla plana de 39 "y un baño completo. El segundo dormitorio tiene cama queen y televisor de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas. El tercer dormitorio tiene 2 camas extra largas y dos televisores de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas. Todas las habitaciones tienen muebles nuevos y colchones Sealy. Todas las sábanas nuevas también se han suministrado. El segundo baño tiene lavadora y secadora para su conveniencia.

La cocina abierta y espaciosa es verdaderamente impecable y completamente nueva. Equipa completamente la cocina con todos los electrodomésticos actualizados y todo lo que necesitarás para sentirte como en casa mientras cocinas.

La sala de estar es espaciosa con un nuevo televisor de pantalla plana de 48 pulgadas. Muebles nuevos que incluyen un sofá seccional / chaise y una mesa de comedor para seis.
Ingrese a nuestro porche proyectado desde la sala de estar y relájese en un conjunto de patio. Sumérjase en una de las sillas y disfrute del hermoso clima mientras disfruta de un cóctel, lee un libro y resume su día en total privacidad en nuestra unidad de esquina arbolada, en el noveno Fairway. Nuestra villa es la unidad más cercana a True Blue Club House. Puedes dar un agradable paseo matutino para desayunar o jugar al golf. Aproveche el acceso completo al hermoso campo de golf True Blue y su club hermano, Caledonia Golf y Fish Club, ambos continúan siendo los mejores campos de juego obligatorio.
Los no golfistas pueden disfrutar de su tiempo nadando en la piscina (a pasos de la puerta principal), tenis, comprando en las tiendas de hamacas o disfrutando de las playas cercanas.

Pawley Island Vow renewal

This property is wonderful, I felt like I was home, very comfortable and easy to get to, quite area, we all were impressed with the property and surroundings, if I ever get to come back to the area I will call for availability

Family beach trip

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The cleanliness is one of the first things we noticed. This place was spotless! The beds were super comfortable and the privacy of the back screened in porch was perfect! So convenient to store, restaurants, and the beach. Could not say enough good things about this host as well! Communication was great and even went out of her way to mail some left behind items back to us also. We had a blast and can’t wait to return back here!

Good comfortable place to stay

We've stayed at True Blue at various units over the past 10 years. This unit was as described although it's starting to show some wear and tear. We didn't have any issues although after reading through other reviews I can agree with some of the short comings. There is not an over abundance of bath towels. The owner states they use the unit often and they lock their personal things in the bathroom walk in closet and the pantry closet in the kitchen. Inconvenient. Some of the cabinet doors are loose and it's not a luxurious place to stay. Having said that, great floorplan, nice dressers, big TV's, great location, good communication, easy check in. I would recommend but just make sure you read all the reviews so you know what to expect.

My family and I always enjoy the room and the pool! It's always beautiful and easy to get to/get things in. The property manager(s) are amazing!! My family and I have stayed at this location this summer and last summer and we LOVE it!

Amazing summer vacation!

This property is absolutely amazing! It's everything that the description says it is! From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to have a fantastic week! It's decorated beautifully, the beds are comfortable, it's clean and well maintained. And the kitchen is well stocked as are linens and blankets. The weather was gorgeous the week of 7/6/24 so we spent quite a bit of time on the screen porch and at the pool and beach. We spent some time at the boardwalk and enjoyed the restaurants and shops. We basically went to the beach to relax and this was very close to Huntington Beach state park.We're already looking forward to our next visit!

homey condo

centrally located to Georgetown for which we are building a home. quite, clean, and easy access, the place seems in its original build condition but very well maintained. The condo is a bit on the darker side since it's the lower level. The blinds where very tired and needed replacing so that you can let some light in....and the shower heads needed up dating. the water spays oddly and truthfully it needs a removable shower head in one of the bathrooms (to do a quick rinse off if necessary.) Other than those small issues. the place is lovely..... and very clean....

Very pleasant with great location to everything.

Owner was very flexible and accommodating. We loved the location. It was easy access to everything. We also loved the pond that probably gets overlooked. My daughter and I enjoyed looking at the wildlife in the pond. We also loved the beach that was nicely, not commercialized.

Great place!

A couple of friends and I stayed at the condo with our daughters during their National Dance Competition. The competition was in Myrtle Beach, but we wanted to stay at a place that was a little quieter. This location in Pawleys Island was perfect for us. Communication with Mike and Rene was wonderful. They were always willing to help and answer questions. Check in process was seamless. The condo was clean and wonderful.

Perfect getaway

This property was perfect! The living area is so spacious and the furniture so comfortable. The area is quiet, yet so close to all of the amenities of True Blue and Pawley's Island. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Clean, comfortable stay

This cute little condo is a quick walk to the pool- be sure to have your wristbands— a 5min drive to some very nice public beaches on Pawley’s Island (arrive early, not a ton of parking) and a 2min drive to Publix and Gilbert’s Ice Cream (go here!) The property is super clean and very quiet. Perfect for a little beach getaway! Communication with the owner via text with check in instructions a couple days before the trip and Rene was quick to respond with answers to my questions about beaches in the area. I also mentioned to Rene an FYI after our stay that the clothes dryer was taking a pretty long time to dry, and she responded immediately that she would send someone to clean the venting. This is a very well maintained property, and you can tell the owners are involved and will keep it that way. We will be back to Pawley’s! Thanks!

As expected

The condo was for the most part as expected from the pictures. The location was great. The only complaints I have is 1.) the smell of the unit. There was an odd unpleasant smell that hits you as soon as you walk in the door. 2.) the bathrooms didn’t look like they had been cleaned since the last guests had stayed. I actually had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies and clean the bathrooms. 3.) Bathroom and Kitchen could use some new linens. Overall did enjoy our stay.

Wonderful 3 bedroom condo

Great condo with wonderful accommodations. Clean, large refrigerator, beautiful deck, comfortable beds and living area. Only 6 minutes from Pawleys Island where extended family was renting 3 homes and we needed overflow beds. The pool was nice, we swam one afternoon when beach was very windy. Condo is 1 minute walk from pool. Owners answered our text messages promptly and were very helpful when an issue arose. Condos and surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. Thankful for the owners to open their condo for rental.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property

The property was clean and spacious. Mike and Rene were clear with their communication and made sure the place was well kept and in great condition! The property is nestled within a golf course and is close to the beach. We had a great time!

Beautiful home

Great stay for our family vacation. Everything was just as advertised. Quiet property, super close to the beach, the people that own the property were awesome to work with answered any question I had and very quick to respond. The home had everything from dishwasher soap to a little laundry soap and dryer sheets. Absolutely loved everything about our stay. Would rent this condo again and again. Thank you!
