This lovely 6 bedroom 5.5 bath second row home is located in South Litchfield. This home is conveniently across the street from the beach access and only a short walk to ocean front dining. This lovely home offers a large back yard with a deck, table and chairs and a gas grill (guests provide gas). Amenities include central H/VAC, large living area, den, 10' dining table, fully equipped kitchen, keurig and standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave, butlers kitchen with a beverage/wine fridge, 4 TV's, 2 DVD players, wifi, cable, and an outside shower.

good property, would recommend

Galaga machine not working huge let down! Quint was responsive to solve mildewed shower curtain and drain not working in basement. Front stair failed which was a hazard, you guys will want to see that repaired before the next group but we could deal and no one got hurt. All in all a solid property and Suzanne is a pleasure to work with.

With some cleaning, a good plumber, new and working appliances including replacing the rusted out barbecue this would be a good vacation rental. Tub in basement was clogged upon arrival, oven only worked on bake, lots of flies and mosquitoes. Layout of home and family oriented were highlights. Will likely not rent again unless major renovations/cleaning/updating.

Owners took our week!😫 in Litchfield so got house in debordieu.

Great location and beautiful beach. House needs some updating. Fridge in kitchen too small and Partially froze our vegetables. Shower downstairs drained very slow. I now house has new owner And look forward to his ideas for fixing up the place.

Pawley’s Weekend

We had a great experience renting this home for a long weekend. We were in Pawleys to celebrate a wedding and found the location of the home to be perfect in relation to the events going on and the beach! The pool was an added bonus! The house was extremely organized and clean. The size of the home was perfect for our group, we hosted dinner the first night and found the open kitchen and dining room perfect for entertaining. Having bedrooms and bathrooms on multiple levels was great for privacy and convenient. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking to host a larger group at the beach. The walk to the beach is just a few steps away and would be perfect for a family with children. A+ rating in our book!
