The room itself was very good, but due to a burst pipe there was a strong unpleasant smell constantly coming into our room. Additionally, because of a haldi ceremony taking place, we were not allowed to access the pool. We did not expect this kind of experience from such a reputed brand.

シャワーを浴びていたところ、途中でお湯から水に変わり辛い思いをしました。しかし、チェックアウト時間を1時間遅らせてもらう相談をしたら、快く受けてくださり感謝しています。シャワー以外は概ねよいホテルでした。
