This 3 bedroom holiday home is situated across 2 levels with bright open plan living on the lower level to provide a spacious base for your group. Bedroom 3, located on the upper level is ideal for the kids to relax on the bean bags, put your favourite movie on and spend days indoors . In the warmer months make the most of the indoor/outdoor living where you’ll find ample room on the decked area where you can enjoy an easy BBQ meal with your group.

Enjoying close proximity to the water’s edge set yourself up at the beach for days or go for a stroll through the surrounding reserve walkways. Pauanui town is less than 10 minutes drive where you can explore the local shops and cafes.

As the property has unfenced access to the bay, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water

Short but sweet stay...

Spent two nights at the property introducing my family to Pauanui. The property was great for our young family with access to the estuary literally a few feet away. The kids felt like they were having an adventure sleeping up top in the loft bedroom. House was very warm, great location and Amelia (our bach administrator) was super.

The estuary is closer than it appears in the photo. The property is well placed to wake up to the water. Although the place is a bit too cold for a winter night.They do have a radiant heater in the living. However having a heat pump would have been a game changer.
