Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage ! Wer Ruhe finden will ,hat Sie hier. Die Wohnräume und Ausstattung sind in Ordnung. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter Luciano funktionierte sehr gut. Die Strände Richtung Nordwesten sind sehr schön aber jetzt in der Hauptsaison auch ziemlich voll. Was die Verkehrswege betrifft ,ist noch etwas Nachholebedarf .Die Straßen wurden jetzt auch zum Teil durch eine neue Teerschicht erneuert. Die Zufahrten zum Ferienhaus waren etwas zugewuchert. Sind dann in unserer zweiten Woche teilweise verschnitten wurden. Gute und gastfreundliche Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung gibt es zur Genüge ,alles in allem , ein gelungener Urlaub

Wunderbares Haus an wunderbarem Ort

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Tolle Lage. Leider hat das schlimme Olivensterben vor dem gepflegten Garten nicht Halt gemacht. Auf den Nachbargrundstücken wurden die noch vorhandenen uralten Baumriesen zersägt, leider schon sehr früh morgens (ab 6:30). Wunderschöne besinnliche Abendstunden beim Sonnenuntergang. Tagsüber angenehm warm , morgens und abends kühler. Kleine Mängel: Einen Bettenrost mussten und konnten wir selbst reparieren und auch den Duschkopf der unteren Dusche reinigen, von Haaren befreien und dadurch dann das Tröpfeln beenden. Abgesehen davon haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage des Ferienhaus war für uns optimal. Umgeben von Olivenbäume aber denoch nicht allzuweit zu den Stränden. Mit den Vermieter lief alles problemlos. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Belle villa proche des plages et au calme

Nous avons profité des prestations de qualité de cette villa en famille à 4 avec nos filles de 22 ans et 16 ans. Nous avons utilisé 2 chambres sur 3. Toute la famille a fortement apprécié le confort de cette maison où rien ne manque. Très bon environnement, plages proches dont les Maldives du Salento. Luciano est très bienveillant. Je recommande cette location !

Tolles Haus, dessen Ausstattung nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Liegt mitten im Olivenhain. Absolute Alleinlage mit Blick bis zum Meer. Wir haben nur das Erdgeschoß genutzt, im Untergeschoss befinden sich noch 2 Zimmer für je 2 Personen, sowie ein zweites Bad mit Waschmaschine. Ideal, wenn man mit Hunden reist, da das riesige Grundstück wirklich komplett eingezäunt ist.

Ottima per chi desidera passare una vacanza in piena tranquillità e pieno relax

Abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza in questo bel villino molto ben arredato con ogni confort,è circondato da un mega giardino pieno di splendidi olivi secolari è il tutto recintato e in piena sicurezza dove i nostri bimbi hanno trascorso i pomeriggi a giocare , è stato bello anche usufruire delle bici messe a nostra disposizione, abbiamo fatto delle splendide pedalate al tramonto insieme ai nostri figli tra le stradine esterne alla villa, molto tranquille in quanto molto poco trafficate. Spiagge molto belle ( anche se molto affollate) raggiungibili in pochi minuti d’auto. Da non perdere il tramonto al faro di S Maria di Leuca( spettacolare) Ringraziamo il proprietario, il signor Luciano per averci fatto trascorrere questa bellissima vacanza dal 18/08/18 al 2/09/18

Excellente semaine de vacances en famille

La maison est très propre , spacieuse ,confortable et joliment décorée . Le jardin est immense et très bien entretenu, planté d’oliviers , de figuiers et d’autres essences méditerranéennes.La cuisine est très bien équipée .Nos deux fils ont pu chacun avoir leur propre chambre et salle de bain. Nous avons bien profité du barbecue ainsi que des différentes terrasses sur lesquelles différents salons de jardin sont installés. La terrasse située sur le toit offre une vue panoramique magnifique sur la mer et les oliviers, c’est aussi un endroit idéal pour observer les étoiles et la lune allongés sur les transats . Rien n’a manqué à la réussite de notre semaine dans le Salento ! Bravo aux propriétaires pour cette belle propriété et leurs échanges chaleureux par mail .

Séjour inoubliable chez Luciano

Très belle maison au milieu des oliviers, climatisée, propre, accueillante avec vue au loin sur la mer. Nous avons passé une semaine ressourcante au calme. Luciano est un hôte attentif, de très bons conseils et soucieux que nous passions de belles vacances. Visites, gastronomies, plages ... un séjour réussi !
