The Scialandre Complex stands out in one of the most evocative scenarios of the lower Salento, where the green and flourishing promontories join the transparent shimmer of the sea. The complex is located along the coast road that winds from Santa Maria di Leuca towards the white beaches of the Maldives of Salento. It consists of three nice solutions: on the ground floor there are two small but cozy apartments, twins, on the first floor there is a three-room apartment with a large terrace.
The ground floor apartments are similar in fact both have a parking space, a shared outdoor solar shower and a comfortable veranda with table and chairs.
Scia1 has a bright living room with sofa bed for one person, a TV and a comfortable dining area and a kitchen equipped with a washing machine.
Finally, there is a double bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower but without bidet. Present ceiling fans.
The whole complex enjoys a privileged position because being on a slight promontory slightly higher than the coast, it gives the possibility of long walks towards Leuca or towards the beaches of Pescoluse. About 150 meters from the house there is also a small path, with stone steps, which leads directly to one of the two beautiful bays made of pebbles. Bike rental is recommended for beautiful excursions along the fascinating coast road.
The whole solution is ideal for groups of families and friends. The complex together with the three-room apartment on the first floor can accommodate up to 12 people.
