The masseria is surrounded by olive trees, fruit trees and Mediterranean scrub and it`s a few minutes` drive from the renowned beaches of Torre Vado and Pescoluse.

The three units share a 5000-square-meter estate with olive trees and pine trees. In the garden, a large pool surrounded by vegetation, where you can relax and get a tan, a barbecue grill and the extraordinary view on the bay of San Gregorio.

The largest of the three units in a Masseria. It has a pertinent covered patio where you can have lunch or dinner, with view on the park of the estate, while the house consists of a large living room with typical fireplace and table for 6 and it`s equipped with dishwasher, fridge and electric oven.
The sleeping area includes two master bedrooms, one of which is in the historic pajara, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with tub.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- Shared Pool available from June to September .
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared garden, washing machine and barbecue.
- Air conditioner not in all the rooms.
