A very nice resort, near to the coast and in the Naklua District. The rooms are big and tidy. The service is of a high level. It has an excellent breakfast in the morning and during the day you may also go to the pastry. As it is located in Naklua Road you will have a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. It is safe and quiet.
Just recently stayed here for 2 nights on a recent trip to see friends in Pattaya we was recommended to stay here from a friend who has stayed here recently. Couldn’t fault the hotel at all the staff was friendly the location is good and near central you can get a baht bus right outside. Room was clean and tidy with a pool view and the breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from and friendly staff. Will definitely book the hotel again for next year if price is ok.
I visited The Woodlands with a group of golfing friends. Great service, our clubs were stored downstairs and loaded in the cars before every golf game. The swimming pool was my best area. The breakfast could be better but the bread is fresh. The bakery next door was the best with a variety of cakes. We celebrated a friends birthday tea party there with some delicious Irish coffee and cake!!!!
It's not the first time at Woodlands but still taking aback with the lack of passion and pride when we checked in. Where is the famous wai and Thai smile? How can the management allow this? Why is there no cleaning in the morning of the walkways, on the sun chairs? Where are the warning signs to be careful of slippery paths? Leaves from the trees on a wet surface, it's an accident waiting to happen. Why do staff not say hello when you meet around the property? Don't blame the staff, it's clearly lack of management. I guess the room rates will continue to go down in order to attract guests.
Stayed at this place for 4 days for a business trip in Sept 17. Found the hotel staff and grounds very good. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant was very good quality and reasonably priced. Laundry service was excellent. Bedding and pillows were very good too. I would recommend this place for travellers who don't want to be too close to Pattaya beach and its atmospheres. The pools looked great however the water looked a little cloudy so I didn't swim in them. Some areas of the rooms are getting old and tired and could do with a renovation however nothing that takes away from a good stay.
On our check-out date August 15,2017 , we had breakfast at the buffet then after, we went back to our room 321(infront the center pool) then an old woman drawned and there is a couple trying to revive her.I called the hotel service for them to call an ambulance but the she was back before the ambulance came.So everything was back to normal ,It's time to check out , so I was packing up my things but her purple and breathless face keep flashing back on my mind.So I am not really in my presence of mind that day.My flight was bangkok-manila-tokyo. So I cameback home, put the jewelry pouch in the drawer, as it's not allowed to put my engagement ring at work, so yesterday was my off since I cameback from thailand so the ring should be in my finger,so when I open the pouch , I was surprised it wasn't there😭😭😭💍☠️ I left my engagement ring in the safetybox that may slipped out from the jewelry fabric pouch when I pulled it out and may stuck up in the corner so didn't feel anything on the safety box floor when I did the second check. I always take picture and selfie thing,so I know when we check-out ,no engagement ring on my finger and there is only one sure place to keep valuable thing at the hotel "at safety box". Then I called the hotel , but the front desk said , the housekeeping didn't surrender anything so no ring ...??and besides the room is already accupied when called , so they can't check the safetybox, of course that's rude to next guest. I'm still hoping to reunite with my engagement ring and I don't know how to tell my husband😭.
Really great staff and great breakfast. The Hotel itself was under construction but all three pools were open and operating. Good price / ratio....will come back again. Thanks to ALL of you was very great to stay with you.
Nice place in the centre of pattaya but a little bit indifferent for the money spent, rooms are looking old, the staff not always warm, breakfast average and not also some rooms near to the road that means noisy! But there was a good pool amd a really kind guy who was our driver for a day showing as pattaya!please find him there ask for Tony!!!
You are greeted with a frenidly recepionist, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bed offers a good sleep after a day of bar hoping. Hotel restaurants are good serving good clean food. Hotel coffee shop is first class with some good snacks and fancy cakes. The staff are very helpful and pleasant and the lads in the pool side bar are good at their job and helpful. A credit to the staff of the Hotel. The Hotel location is good, easy to get onto beach road from the hotel, and the hotel itself albeit in the centre of Pattaya is very quiet and peaceful.
is a nice hotel, with a excellent pool, in a walking distance of everything, however I was there only to relax as I been traveling for a month and was and excellent place the pool is clean with lovely gardens and the staff is fantastic, we stay most of the days in the hotel as the beach is so dirty (no what you are looking for a nice beach) but was neat of Bangkok but the cleanliness of the hotel make us stay must of the time in there, they have nice restaurants but if you looking for something more and noise you can walk to the other side of the road and you have everything there
