bit of a fail

this hotel looks great online... but the rooms were pretty low quality, bad smell in the bathroom, hotel staff was just brutal to deal with. especially this one guy wearing glasses at the front desk, I almost wanted to leave to another hotel because of his arrogantness...I definitely wont stay at this hotel again, mainly because of the staff. The hotel is in an ok area, the roof top patio is pretty nice, and so are the people up there... with they owned the hotel rather then the current owners

Internet is not free as stated on the hotels.com webpage. You have to buy internet time. There was NO clock radio, Full-sized refrigerator/freezer, Kitchenette, Electronic/magnetic keys, Microwave in the room as descriped by hotels.com Staff spoke unfriendly, not enough parking space and construction work in front of the Hotel Lobby.

이게 호텔이냐 여인숙이지 개미, 파리 벌레는 기본 옵션이고 에어컨에서 물이 폭포처럼 흘러요. 샤워타올 3개를 깔았는데 바닥이 워터파크였습니다.

Breakfast was very bad. no regular coffee no ” bufe” The room ” superior” was not as same as the Picture show. The bed was very very hard, it says its free toiletries there was nothing at all The pool area was not same as the picture say at all, it was glass around the poolarea The lock to the room didnt work The room smelled of mould

部屋にはシャワーだけですが、お湯の温度が一定では無く、熱くなったり、水になったりで大変でした。ホテルの宿泊客は大半がインド系で、部屋のドアは開けっ放しにしているは、夜中に廊下で大声で他の部屋に呼びかけたり、ノックし続けたりとにかく呆れる酷さでした。バンコクでもインド系が多いホテルに泊まったことが有りますが、こんなに酷くは無かったので多分かなり安いホテルだからかな?従業員はフレンドリーで良かったけど、次は無いですね。
