Worst experience ever

Took forever to find the hotel and it’s too far from anything. This is not a hotel or a serviced apartment. There is no check in lobby, you have to call and wait awhile then a person come shop with an envelope and demands 500 baht for cleaning. When you go it the unit is not clean, look at the photos. You would think that 500 baht is a holding deposit but it’s not. When we got in there was no towels, we had to ring and wait 3 hours. There is no complementary bottles of water. There is not toilet paper holder for the toilet paper, no soap only one little bottle of shampoo and shower gel, didn’t last 1 day and they don’t cone in to replace them or clean the room or replace the towels so why are we paint 500 baht fir cleaning? No soap holders too. There is no tea or coffee you have to but it yourself. Bed hard as a rock. When we turned on the air con it just dripped water everywhere but they fixed it. Cups dirty and cracked. We just wanted to move put we could find any accommodation for the remaining days. Lucky we were not there long.

It is not a hotel. It's a condominium; rented out by owners which isn't mentioned from My recollection. To far from anything exciting to do. It has little taxi service. There is Little information by the staff for questions from the customer. The area is place Itself seem relaxing and nice, but that's My only positive feedback. I have no interest in booking a room there again. Thank you.

Unmögliche Zustände im Hotelzimmer.

Eine Unterkunft kann nur so gut sein wie der Verwalter. War 4 wochen dort und fast zwei Wochen kein Internet. Keine andere Ausweichmöglichkeit vorhanden und somit mußte ich dort bleiben. Folgende Reklamationen, vorweg von mir mit Bildern an die Chefin geschickt, wurden von mir regelmäßig beanstandet per Telefon, WhatsApp und privat im Büro. Nach 6 Tagen gab ich auf. Staub lag ungelogen fast 1cm dick auf Schalter und Schränke. Larven von Insekten war an den Wänden und Decken, Spinnweben in Küche und Bad, Bett hatte noch Flecken von Vorbewohner (Gelbe Ränder an Kopfkissen, Lippenstift an Bettbezug), Geschirr war verschmutzt und ich habe nur ein Messer und Gabel gereinigt und benutzt. Couch war durchgelegen und man konnte dort nicht liegen. Boxspringbett hatte keinen Top und ich habe zwei Decken als Unterlage benutzt um nicht die Sprungfedern zu spüren. Man hatte trotzdem wie auf einem Brett geschlafen. Im Schrank lag der Staub und Schmutz. Nach der ersten Reklamation am Anreisetag, sollte das Zimmer bis zum Abend gereinigt werden. Es wurde nur der Boden gewischt und zwei Lichtschalten vom Staub befreit. Habe dann selber Hand angelegt.

Ottimo resort a 500 mt dalla spiaggia.

Bel resort, ben arredato, pulito, tranquillo. Un po' defilato dalla spiaggia comodamente raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata. Ottimi i ristoranti della zona, abili a cucinare ogni tipo di pesce, crostaceo o mollusco. Unico consiglio: essendo un resort e non un hotel, bisogna arrivare in ore ufficio e poi telefonare per farsi portare le chiavi dell' appartamento, che è ben arredato e confortevole. Consigliato !!!!

Mauvaise situation géographique

l'établissement est tres confortable spacieux . Par contre il est situé très loin de tout (emplacement incorrect sur la google maps de votre site + - 7 km de différence par rapport a l'emplacement mentionné sur Hotels.com). D'autre part vous dites que le service de ménage est fait tous les 4 ou 5 jours alors qu'il n'y a aucun service de nettoyage de l'appartement prévu lors de votre séjour. Donc je ne pense pas que j'y retournerai un jour
