Sliding door to pool lock DID NOT work. Told management about it and was supposed to be fixed, but didn’t happen. No safe in room so I was constantly worried about belongings and safety. Pool dirty and had trash floating in it. Had to ask for room to be cleaned, fresh towels, water etc

chaotic management, bad check in experience even though I inform the hotel well beforehand that I would arrive at around 2230houts. There simply had no record at the front desk staff, aaafter prolonged waiting, I got one of the two family loft and the other was not yet ready for letting..
