It was last minutes booked via booking.com and it was the right choice. Hotel room has such big spaces, big and comfortable bed. Jacuzzi in the bathroom makes me feel like princess. The hotel staff was very friendly and always willing to help when having any issue. Good location and easy to go anywhere , a few minutes walk to walking street. Shall return for sure.

As we were really tired by the 5 hours of flight and it was early morning with empty stomach, since the hotel allows ghe the check in at the time of 3:00 pm we were thinking what would we do but the hotel allowed an early check-in as though we were so tired. The property consists of 3 buildings and in two of them there are swimming pools one on. 3rd floor and one on ground floor only. The property was big and grand. It was wonderful. And the staff is really polite. As we went there with empty stomach,we ordered some breakfast which was very delicious and the service was great.

Be aware before booking this hotel. No tuk tuk service to the hotel. We booked this hotel according to the availability online. Once checked in they charged extra then what was actually to be charged. Reason what they gave was really astonishing they said they had 3 buildings with the same name. But once we checked all had different names. We booked a room in Miracle suites and they tried to transfer to other building with different name. The staff are rude and willingly ready to cheat you at any point. Please please avoid this hotel. Worst is the best word to describe it. No exhaust were working in the toilet. Old property which is must needed renovations. In simple words AVOID.

We Stayed here for 4 Days this hotel is good and peaceful But the people here are very Rude When u Go to breakfast they speak rudely like if u have taken all their wealth Also House keeping was very poor they were not at service Sauna Steam all Were defective and not working The Room were not cleaned we have to call reception for getting it repaired like safe Music system etc If U Take a Extra water bottle or Towel they don’t give and speak rudely If you say that Room is not clean or come after some time they speak rubbish The hotel is getting older and need mentainance

Getting here was painless. The reception which was the first impression of the property was poor. I was greeted by two dour receptionists, whose words were, "Passports and ID please." No, good evening, no welcome to the Miracle Suites, no nothing. Just Passports and ID please. I immediately stood in attention, and furtively looked around for men in dark glasses, or folks in uniform. I made a few sudden moves, just to be sure. Nope, i was mistaken. Definitely not in a police station. The check in was painless, considering most of my process was completed before i got there. My room was in the building opposite to the reception building. There is no air conditioning switched on there when the breakfast buffet is not offered. There is minimal to no security to speak of. The room was spacious, and, had an extra bed i requested. The lights and the air conditioning were in good order. The room safe was not working, and a call to the maintenance fixed that in about 10 minutes. All good. The internet in the place was not as mentioned. The SSID was wrong, and the info in the room for the wifi logon was all wrong. Having a son who is quite attached to his iPad, i know how stressful this can be. After getting this figured out, i walked into the bathroom. And thats where things changed. I opened the door and entered this dimly lit room that took a few minutes to adjust to. Once i got in to the bath tub to take my shower before heading out, i got this big big smile on my face. This hotel made me tall... so tall, that the top of the shower was in level with my chin... Now, this was an ego boost like no other. However, this left a minor practical problem. How does one wash his body, from neck up?!! So, like all practical thinking persons, i did the easiest thing. I got down on my knees... Its been ages, but i managed to with minimal damage... for the three days i was there... each time... The second day i was there the internet was down, and after calling the reception was told that it was my fault. I dabble a bit with computers, so i knew that something had changed. Heck, my 13 year old knew something had changed. Going down to the reception, i saw other rooms also complain with the same issue, and i quickly offered a prayer of thanks, that the reception did not claim that all the rooms got together and managed to all collectively decide to break their internet devices. Its unfortunate, that they couldnt just go with, "Sorry sir, we are having issues with the internet right now, give us an hour and we should have it fixed." This property is located very close to restaurants... Indian and Arab. I thought i was in an alley in the Middle East with all these restaurants. Thankfully, there is one Thai restaurant, just after the 7-11 that is brilliant. This place, Tum laii Esan Food, deserves a separate review. All in all, this property has a lot of potential. Whether it remains just a potential, or, gets to be a property that gives other properties in the area sleepless nights, is fully in the hands of the property.

Pro:walkable distance to the dreadful walking street, large rooms, good breakfast. Con:Reception procedures is dead slow Hotel looks abandoned. Far away from all happening places other than walking street.

The hotel is located close to The Walking Street..big rooms with all the modern amenities, huge comfortable bed..the staff is friendly and attentive to your needs..decent spread for breakfast..this hotel is absolute value for money!

nice and decent place to stay inn I have been there 7 the ui like the food and interior , 15 mins away from all the main locations .I love people who works there and they are always there to help you out without any complain.

An ok hotel but building 3 where I stayed had no reception, no physical security and no lift security at all. Anyone could get into the room hallways unchallenged. In my opinion it’s location was not the best as the hotel is too far south with a 10 to 15 minute walk into the back lanes of Waling Street around Soi 16. Swimming pools are small, breakfast unimpressive with no bacon on offer. It seemed to be reasonably popular with Indians, Pakistanis, Chinese and Koreans. Just not for me this one but a lesson learnt.

This was an amazing trip , Our's was a group of 7 friends , We were there for a nice vacation and looking forward for a memorable trip this time. and choosing this hotel proved right This hotel is situated in south Pattaya , away from the hustle and bustle of central Patatya, with a calm and peaceful environment. Walking street is just a walking distance from this hotel , convenience store just round the corner . Central festival mall is approx 2 kms. massage centres are all around this hotel Location is superb !! Breakfast is nice with lots of variety for non veg food but in veg there is a limitation and that has to be improved , Language is a problem but still all the staff we encountered are happy to help . check out was hassle free , as in some of the hotels i have stayed before are very unprofessional tactics to bill anything {anything} and literally gulp down your security deposit. but not in this hotel. Will recommend this hotel not only to solo travellers but also to families with kids. HAPPY STAYING..
