This should be a great hotel, but it is sadly in need of maintenance and painting. The pools are good and they are clean. So was my room. My shower needed a new shower head and it leaked down the wall. The kettle could not be switched off so for hot water you had to just plug it into the wall and hope. The TV was just snow on all channels. Dont pay for breakfast, it is terrible. Eggs put out early and stone cold, ham floating in luke warm water etc.

Overall, the hotel offers the great value for the price you pay. The service is very friendly. Swimming pools are probably the best part. The property is mostly well maintained. The location is convenient. It's very close to the beach and one of the night markets. A couple of large malls are within a 15 min walk or two min ride.

The place is nice. However, the air-conditioning is bad and wont cool below 27c. The beds are spring and low quality. Also if you stay upstair you will walk all the way due to no elevators. Other than that the staff was pretty friendly.

I wish I could give this “hotel” lower rating than 1 star. We booked this hotel based on the location, great photos and 4.5 star review. Hotel is dated, furniture is old and damaged, no lift, not even safe in the room. Bed did not even have a head. Advertised buffet breakfast was not available. The only positive comment I can mention is that balance of our stay was refunded in a timely manner as we decided to leave the hotel after staying just for 1 night. I definitely recommend to AVOID this hotel.
