Average place when compared to Chanalai Flora Resort in Phuket or Ecotel in Bangkok. Heavy traffic seen in the hotel. Offered a room with joint beds though booked for a double as Mr/s. Beds pulled forward for this purpose due to the presence of a central side table thereby making the place congested. Phone in the room was not working. However was repaired on receiving the complaint. The rooms have a tired look & need to be upgraded soon furniture, furnishing, bathroom & fittings. Wash basin had a leak & the water would drip on to the floor. Bathroom supplies were not up to the mark. Indian breakfast provided was a huge disappointment. However the good part - Left some cash in my shirt pocket in the room when I went out sight seeing. Realized it only when I was on Coral Island. Was happy to find it as it is when I returned back to the room.
One of the worst Hotels to stay in Pattaya with very Dirty Foul smelling rooms dirty balconies very rude staff and poor room service worst housekeeping Overcrowded lifts only 2 available you just have to wait for 30 mins in rush time , Morning breakfast equally poor This Hotel is dependent on Indian tourists but still the staff is very rude with Indians Never ever stay in this third grade property
This is a very poor hotel in terms of the rooms. Our room was less than ordinary. The air conditioning was not up to the mark. There was only one charging slot which makes charging multiple devices a challenge. Nothing more to be written about this place as it needs a lot of improvement. Avoidable...
Had stay 2 nights with travel agent. Fast check in and out at reception. Room is big, clean with mini balcony; however toiletries is very basic. Room view is the walking street. Stay at 6th floor and the balcony door is soundproof; no loud noises from the walking street. About 500m to the beach. Breakfast got 2 places; Indian and non Indian. Non Indian breakfast varieties a lot, but no freshly make omelette; only normal eggs. Lunch is much nicer at the restaurant. Visited the coral island; many water sports which is much cheaper compared to Phuket. Overall: a decent basic stay.
Hotel is nice . Rooms are OK . Swimming pool is also clean and fine . The Foods are very teasty . Location is very close to sea beach and Local Market .This is within 500 Mt of Walking street . We have booked vis Travel agent . We have enjoyed a lot in here .
It's a quite economical hotel to Stay.Walking street is nearby can walk around 10 min. There good Indian restaurant next to that hotel. Opp Mall is quite good for shopping. Indian food is not so good. So you need to explain them properly for Indian food so would get proper taste.
To elaborate the authenticity of my review herein I am giving my details. Name: Soumen Dutta/ Country-India/Checked in : 30.9.17/ Room Nos: 1002 & 1004. Group-Cox & Kings, India. I am a level 5 contributor in Tripadvisor and always follow Tripadvisor to choose my hotel. Location - Its on Road 2 parallel to beach opposite Central Mall. But you do not get sea view due to highrises in front of building. Only from some rooms a small glimpse of sea you may see. The moment you step in you see a huge hotel with excellent lobby, & front office. Then you step in a lavish lift/elevator. Your good experience ends here. Rooms are not at all clean when we checked in. We smelt bleaching powder(Calcium hypochlorite) the moment we checked in. A.C. was not working properly. We changed room. We were in a group of 32 people from India and 90% of the rooms had to be changed due to different issues.Next day when we returned from sightseeing tour we saw that our room was being cleaned. To our utter surprise we saw that old used bedsheets which were lying all smashed up in a trolley was being laid on our bed. After lots of shouting and reporting to the front office, clean linens were provided. Ordeal did not end here. We noticed cockroaches on our bed.I wanted to meet the front office manage whose name I was told "Khun Thiwason". But the manager was so busy in a meeting that he/she didnt have time for 36 hrs to meet me and provide a clarification. They have electric kettle in room but tea/coffee sachets are not provided. You have to buy them from 7/eleven shop. They dont have smart card for entry in rooms and still use normal lock and key. If you lose the key by mistake they will charge you 3500 Bhats. No electronic safe in room. You may use individual locker at reception free of cost but again if you lose the key you have to pay 5000 Bhat. Room size more or less OK for a family of two with a kid. Smoking allowed in room attached verandah. No body cares for the guest as I think they have an assumption that guests do not have any choice. There are lots of hotels at the same budget nearby with better facilities and behaviour. I totally agree with all fellow travellers who have said negative about this hotel and would never recommend it to anyone.
i was stayed With My Group in this property in august 2017 we had so much fun. rooms are Good Net and clean ideally This Property Located Near And walkable Distance to Walking Street And Beach Road. But i Suggest to Management to Change Your Coupon System For Food Because So Many People Forget to Carry Our Coupons From Room.
Hotel with a fabulous location.. breakfast spread was nice and really scrumptious..staff was pathetic and dumb . They need to learn english being in the hotel industry. Rooms were okay , view was nice . Location absolutely worth it . A good market and a great mall just outside the hotel
The rooms are neat and clean with ambient interiors. The breakfast choices are limited. The water of the swimming pool is too cold and the depth is not safe for the non-swimmers. The beach and bars are at walking distance from the hotel.
