Property location too far away from the action of Pattaya for me Room and facilities were ok but l felt management focus was primarily for Indian guests Half of breakfast buffet was catering to lndian tastes so rather disappointed in buffet as l find Indian food too spicy .

Stuffs were great, good service. There were some problems with the hotel but they tried hard to fix it. It was unlucky wasn't hotel's fault. Breakfast was good, enough varieties. Didn't try the pool was out most of the time anyway Only problem for me was the mattress was way too hard for my liking, it'd be great for those who prefer hard bed but it was too much for me. I'd come back again if it wasn't because of the mattress.

2 night stay with friends - single room

Check in was easy - no issues with the rooms and the staff were friendly. Can’t fault anything as the room did exactly what I needed and was a really cheap price.

Better choices available.

The hotel is located about 20 min walk from the beach. It is old and very basic. My room stink of smoke and had some ants. The pool is small and is either shared with the adjacent hotel or random people just walk in and use it. There are much better options available.

Good view and amazing pool

Decent place to stay at if you’re looking to get away for few days. Minor improvements; - walls can do with sound proofing. - Kettle was not easy to turn on, tried my friends room, same issue. - road leading to the hotel smells of sewage from the drainage.

Great Value Hotel close to central Pattaya

Stayed here for the first time its about 10-15 minutes walk into the centre of Pattaya which has everything you need. Motorbike taxis at the end of the road if you don't want to walk in the heat. But i found it quite relaxing to walk. The rooms are a good size with queen size beds. Safe in your room along with tv although I didn't use it. Room service till around 10pm. Good menu selection. Pool situated in middle of the buildings which offers you a shaded area most of the day although you can also sit in the sun. I found this Hotel great value for money it was about £10.50 a night. Mainly catering for Thai Nationals. With a few Europeans Stayed over 3 weeks in the end. I'll definitely come back.

I stayed in a few hotels in Thailand previously, some more expensive than here, and it was so refreshing to come to a proper hotel - well maintained, good service, etc. The building is modern, with an excellent swimming pool where I spent a lot of time relaxing. The staff are really polite, helpful and smiley. The rooms are spaceous, with good facilities. Every night I would extend my stay for another day. The location is good too. It is down an alley/road off the main road, so it is nice and quiet without all the noise from nightclubs and bars. Yet it is still close enough to the action, walking street etc. You can walk down the main road to walking street in about ten minutes or so. On the way, you pass plenty of street food stalls, clothes stalls, 7/11s, etc. There's also a big Chinese supermarket and a shopping mall about 5 minutes away too. If I had to look for a downside, it would just be that housekeeping is a little confusing, because there isn't a do not disturb/clean my room sign for the door. So after my first night they knocked on my door quite early and tried to come in, and on following days they seemed to skip past my room, and I would have to find a housekeeper and ask them to do it, which I felt guilty about! Maybe they were doing me a favour... But anyway that's the only improvement I would ask for... A clean my room sign. Not a big deal though. All in alI I'm really pleased. Don't know why the rating on here isn't higher!

Good value hotel

Good value hotel, room facilities are basic but the shower, air con, WiFi worked well. The Laundry service was cheap and efficient. The staff were friendly. Hotel is away from the centre of Pattaya, but you can get a Baht bus to Walking Street & Second Road, from the main road which is close by. There is construction work taking place behind the hotel, but it did not effect my sleep. I would happily stay there again.

Nice Comfortable Room

Pleasant and polite staff. Although the room is basic, it's quite good value. Providing a plate of fruits was a nice touch and welcoming. Sufficient toiletries were provided.
