Beware please!

The room overlooking the pool was nice, with a good view, but it was certainly not the cleanest hotel I have stayed at, especially in Thailand. The bathroom was dirty, and the net curtains were black at the bottom. And this was supposed to be a deluxe room!!! What I cannot stand is poor customer service, both at reception and service generally, with a very carefree attitude, and not what I expected from Thailand; therefore, we stayed only 1 week rather than 2 and then moved to Vista Hotel in Soi 4, (Beach hotel is in Soi 5)at the same price but service is superb.

Very good value. Location a 2 minute walk from beach, and close to many restaurants, etc. Pool area is beautiful but not heated. Staff very courteous and helpful. Breakfast is white bread with jam and instant coffee.
