I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Amethyst Hotel. Upon arrival I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcome drink. I arrived a little before check-in time and the staff happily accommodated getting me into my room early. Harry and Lookpla took their time explaining the hotel amenities and answered questions I had regarding the area. My room (#702) was immaculate, the WIFi was fast and reliable, the AC was quiet and cool, the shower had great pressure and warm water, and the bed was super comfortable which is important after enjoying long days in Pattaya. This hotel is in a great location around a lot of things to do. However, it is very quiet at night since it’s on a side street. I slept very well! One of my favorite features of this hotel is the incredible breakfast. I’m used to the ultra-processed, tasteless, limited variety food that hotels in USA provide, so I was quite pleased with the variety, freshness and quality of breakfast every morning. I have traveled the world many times over and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, especially for the price. A great value in a great location!

My room had a balcony but it was overlooking a busy road which created a lot of noise until the early hours from bars opposite. However the room was very clean. The staff were all very attentive and very informative of the area.
