Hice mi reservación el día 4 de febrero para el 14. Después de un viaje de 4 horas llegué al hotel para que me informen que no tenían disponibilidad y que mi habitación había sido usada para otro cliente. No había ni administrador ni encargado para que de una repuesta y solución. A la final nos ubicaron en otro hotel.
