It was conveniently located for us. The home was clean and the management was great. The neighbors were pleasant too. We enjoyed the back porch in the evenings and the beds at night! Spacious rooms for us to relax all around the home.

Wonderful Family vacay

We really enjoyed our stay. When had several first with our kids….first kayak ride and first fish ever caught for two of the kiddos! We had everything we needed, great location and lots of core memories made!

This is our third stay at One Big Holiday. This property offers so much for our family. There were 9 of us this time staying at the property. We are able to cook, enjoy the back patio. Plenty of room for us to spread at relaxing. Most of all we enjoy fishing in the back yard. Thank you again for another wonderful stay. We hope to see you again next May

Something for everyone

We loved our stay at One Big Holiday! It had something for everyone--nearby beach, pool and basketball court access as well as hot tub, fishing, kayaks and the sunroom on site. Numerous seating options inside and out. Great space with plenty of room for five adults.

It was beautiful! We enjoyed the home very much! It was just the 2 of us. It was our honeymoon and we really enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the neighbor's dog barking constantly when we went outside.

Not exactly what we expected

Not exactly like the listing. Multiple issues need to be addressed and I feel like they won’t. I let the realtor that takes care of the place know if all issues but I feel they fell on deaf ears. Inside: the coffee pot was broken but not replaced for us. Had a Keurig so we had to go buy those. The microwave didn’t have a plate inside, found it broken inside closet (it’s been there for a minute). The steps in back are about to break and fall through. Need repair. Lightbulbs out throughout house and above stove with no replacements around.

Relaxing stay

We had a great time fishing, kayaking, and relaxing at “One Big Holiday.” The beds were comfortable, and the house was well-stocked. Lots of games for the kids and comfortable seating outside. The decor was lovely, but we would have loved more comfortable seating options in the living room. Overall, we had a great stay!

Wonderful stay

Our friends had a wonderful, comfortable stay! Unfortunately, my husband had surgery & we were unable to stay at this lovely home. It is close to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. Quiet and private too...Friends really enjoy their stay!

Perfect Cruisin' Stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. We were down for Cruisin' the Coast and had seven adults staying together. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The property was beautiful and had lots of amenities. I just wish we had taken the time to enjoy them more. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks.

Great house and location on the water

We really enjoyed staying at this home. The teens kept busy with the hot tub, corn hole, and multiple seating areas outside. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had loads of kitchen spices, and little extras like paper plates… we would definitely choose to stay at this home again.

4th of July weekend

great rental for two families with young children for the 4th weekend! the house is a perfect layout with bunk room and we enjoyed the screened in porch with dining table and downstairs area with ping pong and games. some maintenance is required throughout and the kitchen could use some additional pots, pans, etc. plenty of parking, convenient access to bay with our boat.

Family Getaway

Property was just right for our small family fishing trip. Three generations including six people. Room for kids to run and play. Well equipped under-porch play and sitting area with games available. Screened porch got lots of use. Comfortable and well maintained property.
