This cottage was exactly as listed. It was very comfortable and the porch was a bonus. The community is very quiet and peaceful. Nice shops a block away and restaurants close by. The train sounds off a few times, day and night. Did not bother me, but might bother others. I would definitely use this place anytime I travel to the area and look forward to my next stay. Oh, I forgot to mention, this unit was very clean.
