Surrounded by stunning vineyards, our Dunning Ranch Guest Suites are the perfect retreat for those seeking peace, solitude, and world-class wine. With acclaimed wineries and award-winning restaurants just a stone’s throw away, your taste buds will be satisfied as well! By appointment only, enjoy the delicious wine tasting at the adjacent Dunning Vineyard. (Separately owned) If you are traveling with up to three guests, our upstairs Dunning Ranch Suite One (above Suite Two) is perfect! A large upstairs deck provides a private entrance that overlooks oak forests and vineyards. It features one bedroom, a private bathroom with a hydro spa tub/shower combination. There is a pull-out sofa bed (double/full size) for your convenience. Additionally, the kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, toaster, and of course a coffee maker! The BBQ grill is also available! The living areas provides seclusion and stunning vineyard views. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking and exploring the surrounding central coast. So come and enjoy the quaint, comfortable upstairs suite at Dunning Ranch Guest Suite and experience all the magic that Paso Robles has to offer!
***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.
***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.
***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

Relaxing oak studded stay

This lovely 1 bedrrom apartment felt like we were staying in a treehouse, in the best way possible. Across tge way from Dunning Vineyards tasting room, this one bedroom auite with outdoor deck is ao beautiful and quiet and relaxing. We loved it!

We LOVED our stay here. Our bedroom views were of a beautiful vineyard. It was a perfect, quiet place to stay that is also close to many of the wineries as well as downtown Paso Robles.

This unit was in a rather remote location. It's located at the end of a dirt road in a canyon. If we had known this we probably would have looked for something closer to Paso. The units sits on a winery property but we never saw anyone there. This that said the unit was well equipped.

Remote and beautiful outside of Paso Robles easy access to everything private

Very nice and cozy upstairs loft everything we needed lots of wildlife and animals around the area and of course wonderful wineries
