Once we found it!!

The hotel was almost impossible to find at the end of a dirt road with no signs directing you. Our GPS wasn’t working so we wasted 2 hours looking for it. Once there our welcome and service was superb. It was too late to check out the fab pool out back. Another time!

Perfect for a layover before a flight from Carrasco, the hotel is fantastic spacious and clean, and perfectly located nearby the airport and mall.

Newer, clean facility.

Short drive from the airport. I used this place for my first night in Montevideo to decompress and rest up from a series of long flights. It is perfect for that function. My flight arrived in the wee hours and I was charged 50% of a night's rate to check in before dawn rather than during the afternoon. I left the next morning to stay in a Centro hotel, In the midst of the city's attractions.

Overlooking a lake near the airport

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The hotel is not easy to find and the ground floor rooms near reception can be noisy from other guests. The dining menu is limited and Very enticing.

Good value close to the airport

I stayed here entirey for its proximity to the airport, which was very convenient. The hotel itself was fine, better than I expected from a large chain but the location made it very difficult to find. There was no signage from the road and the hotel is at the end of a dirt track in a suburban area.

Hotel de estrutura física boa, porém extremamente mal operado!!! -Banheiro sujo! Vaso sanitário com restos fecais, urina na borda inteira (quarto sem limpar após a saída do hóspede anterior). Após eu reclamar e mostrar as fotos para a recepcionista, levaram cerca de 1 horas para limpar, atitude extremamente desrespeitosa. -Arrumacao de quarto atrasada, somente às 17 horas. -Cheiro de esgoto no corredor. (Muito forte) -Cafe da manhã bem fraco e sem opções. Hotel muito ruim! Acredito que essa ferramenta seja a única forma de expressar nossa insatisfação e desrespeito. O pior de tudo, é a normalidade que eles lidam com os problemas, como se fosse banal, um hóspede novo entrar em um quarto e encontrar fezes, e urina por todo o vaso sanitário. resumo: DECEPCIONANTE!!!!!

Ficamos apenas uma noite no hotel, porque nosso voo chegou de madrugada! A primeira impressão quando chegamos foi de que o hotel parecia mal assombrado. As instalações são antigas, há carpetes por todo o hotel e quartos, que não cheira bem. O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo. Mas as camas, lençóis eram confortáveis e limpos. O banheiro tinha aquelas cortinas de plástico, que estava suja e com bolor! No geral o quarto é mediano, mas limpo. O hotel carece de reparos e maiores atenção com a limpeza. O café da manhã é ok, sem surpresas, não havia ovo. Para apenas uma noite é aceitável , mais que isso não recomendo
