My main complaint with this hotel was the restaurant. The menu is extremely limited, the service is barely adequate and the food poorly prepared. For instance, food was served cold, it was necessary to request grated cheese or pepper for pasta, salads were swimming in dressing, only one server for a fair large room. This would not be acceptable in any restaurant, much less in one charging premium prices. This became more of a problem because this hotel is in an isolated location with no other restaurants, cafes, or even food shops in the area. I have never written a negative review like this. I would be happy for you to share it with the hotel. It is just not up to their usual standards.
