I was disappointed the property had two bedrooms, kitchen/ lounge it was advertised to sleep 6, but the facilities was very poor, The cooking utilities was very poor as not enough

I wasn't given an apartment key code when I picked up the key (in an office 500m uphill with limited hours). So I had to wait for neighbors to let me in or annoy them by ringing every apartment at the building. (I wouldn’t have to have done that if I was given a keycode initially). Check in took 25 minutes of waiting around, so please consider using the bathroom and having a snack before you check in. Apartment had no wifi. I’d be better off at the Hotel Cal Ruiz.

Primera vez que puntuo tan mal un alojamiento, pero la verdad lo merece. A veces vale mĂĄs la pena pagar un poco mĂĄs con tal de no encontrar un sitio asi. Las llaves se recojen en otra direccion, vas y no es ahi, andorra, no internet.. buscate la vida y ves a la otra que indican en un papel en la direccion antigua, parecia un escape room. Wifi de pago cada dia, check in a las 17 p.m. Un solo rollo de papel de vater para 4 personas y poco champĂș. Tasas turisticas brutales y camas incĂłmodas. Ubicacion agradable ya que esta en el centro y no habia ruido en el edificio, check out algo flexible

SĂ©jour en famille 2 adultes 2 enfants 5 et 8 ans

Appartement situĂ© au dernier Ă©tage sous les toits, sans ascenseur (4Ăšme) avec un escalier Ă©troit donc pas facile pour monter les bagages. Il est par ailleurs assez grand, 2 belles chambres, un lit 140cm dans l’une et un lit 140cm avec 2 lit simple 90cm dans l’autre. Il est trĂšs peu lumineux, que des velux et pas de balcon. ÉlectromĂ©nager trĂšs vieux pour le frigo et le micro onde. Il manque la cafetiĂšre. Petit Ă©cran tv avec uniquement 2 chaĂźnes Française. Le wifi fonctionne correctement.

Je suis trÚs déçu de mon séjour de 2 semaines de l'appartement à pas de la casa en Andorre ,car l'appartement que j'ai loué ne correspond pas au photo que j'ai vu sur votre site .on n'a pas voulu me changer car tout était réservé et j'ai du passé 5 jours en fesant des aller retour à l'agence qui se trouvais à 15 minutes de l'appartement pour aller chercher les clefs donc 5 jours de perdu pour finalement me trouvé un autre appartement pour 4 jours .n'ayant pas fini mon séjour en Andorre je suis parti une journée avant .car insatisfait de la qualité de service que propose cette agence de location et qui ne parle que l'espagnol.je ne recommande donc pas cette agence de location .

A la prise de rĂ©servation , il est nullement prĂ©ciser que il faut aller chercher les clefs Ă  plus de 20 kms du pas de la case ( soldeu).juste signaler aprĂšs le paiement. Et quel regret.....et en plus il faut attendre l arrivĂ©e du standardiste car pas prĂ©sent au bureau d accueil. Appartement bien situĂ© au pas de la case ( au dessus de magasins) dommage que la salle de bain soit petite et que la douche ne soit pas adaptĂ© pour des personnes Ă  fortes corpulences. ...dommage aussi que les fenetres des chambres soient obstruĂ©es pas du plexiglass car pas de vues et encore moins d air: on ne peut pas ouvrir .heureusement qu' il y a la fenĂȘtre du salon pour aĂ©rer mais vu qu elle donne sur l Ă©tage d un magasin, on ne peux pas laisser le rideau ouvert car les clients du magasin peuvent voir tout l interieur de l appartement ( on a vĂ©rifier). Le plus de cet appartement : grand sĂ©jour et cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e.

Appartement bien placé.

Emplacement proche des pistes. Premier Ă©tage au dessus de Julia parfumeries, dont l'enseigne blanc neige "occulte" les fenĂȘtres des chambres. Matelas double creux au milieu. Draps et serviettes neufs. La cuisine n'est pas complĂštement esuipĂ©e pour 5 personnes. Pas d'essoreuse Ă  salade, poĂȘle petites... Nous laissions les skis dans la douche et les chaussures. La station est Ă  300m, nous Ă©tions en 5 minutes. C'Ă©tait bien pratique. De toute maniĂšre Ă  ce tarif on ne s'attendait pas Ă  autre chose.
