Good rooms for a good price. Everything was clean and comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s not a Holiday Inn, e.g. breakfast, (they do have an espresso machine though :), outside entrance, but at least it’s clean and maintained. Would recommend if you’re looking for a clean place to sleep at an affordable rate.

The motel has been fixed up and is fine for a no-nonsense trip. Noise from the second floor can easily be heard in the rooms on the first floor. Breakfast leaves a bit to be desired.

It is okay if you are just looking for somewhere to stay overnight without expectations. The rooms we stayed in had weird smell to them. Check out time should be 11 am instead of 1030 am. Breakfast should be offered till a later time.

You get what you pay for. Pictures look good but the reality is less impressive. A very basic no frills experience. Shower tap was close to falling off. Caution climbing the stairs to second level...they're not all 11/7. Trains go by almost on the hour using their horns but l was not bothered during sleeping hours. I arrived to a strong cleaning fluid smell in the room. They have small bath towels. 11 min walk to harbourfront. 5 min walk to downtown shops. Breakfast was to be at 7am but the person moved the partition at 7:35 am.... only to reveal day old bread, small plain muffins and cereal. Nothing hot at all. I left to get breakfast at Tims. Overall l was disappointed. I don't know how they get a high rating.

It’s a lovely, seemingly family owned, business. It’s clean and has everything you need for a stay. We love the proximity to the library and the staff was courteous and friendly. My daughter adored the king size bed.
