15 min walking distance from Paros town/ferry harbour. Stayed as family in a 2-Bedroom apartment and did not regret it. Good value for your money, the rooms are clean but simple. The family room had even a kitchenette. But: windows towards the main street which can be very loud in the night and on weekends. Entire place is clean and all the personnel is very helpful at any time. Pool clean and sunchairs in good condition. With regards to rooms, better to chose one which has a view to the pool since they are further off the main street, so traffic noise is avoided. Free transfer to Ferryhabour if you ask for it!
To be clear- Greece is the best destination for body and soul: The cleanest beaches, varied and impressive landscapes and cities, hospitable and cheerful people. At first sight, after establishing the distance to Paroikia to be longer than reported, this seems to be a nice and cosy hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful. But then you step into a Spartan room with plastic lights and a mini bathroom with its mini mirror and mini sink, clean furniture but cheap, like for the rest of the hotel and pool equipment. The pool-bar itself reminds of the first steps, decades ago, of Greece entering tourism era. At second sight, especially at night, the pool water doesn't seem too clean. Wi-Fi usually doesn't work. And finally, the morning after: the encounter with ancient Greek Hotel Tragedy, an issue even for 5* Hotels: Breakfast! A nice looking buffet - with its plaster yogurt and diluted can orange juice (Greece is full of oranges, has the best yogurt, why do hotels always hide these from their guests??), the cheapest ham. How much -in medium term- would it cost to improve in furniture and food? 1€/guest? 2€/guest? Given that, we might come back- but especially in places like Paros, no-one seems to give a damn- so many more new tourists will arrive. But this is short- sighted: For Greece's economy, for the respect of guests, for a matter of mentality. Anyhow, this still remains a solid hotel to stay- but don't expect too much.
As we got off the ferry there was a member of the Eri hotel waiting for us to take us to the hotel. When we arrived it was a lovely warm welcome from a lady called Eleni. She was very polite and friendly. We were lucky enough to get an upgraded room on arrival so we were overlooking the pool and sea. The breakfast opens at 8am till 10am. There was quite a bit of choice (pastries, some fruit or fried food). If you get hungry during the day there are also snacks and meals that the hotel cook for you which is fairly cheap and you can sit around the pool and eat it. A lady works very hard around the pool, she is the waitress, the bar maid and also the pool attendant. She was doing many jobs but always had a smile on her face and was happy to help. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. There was also a safe, a fridge and a tv in the room. They also provide you with a mosquito plug for your room. Eri hotel is such a quiet and peaceful place and is a great place to go if you want to relax. I cannot compliment each member of staff enough. We asked if they could drop us off at the port on our last day which they did. We had never visited Paros before so was unsure where to go but Eleni was happy to help, she showed us lots of places to visit and the best beaches to go to. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It was very clean, well looked after and the staff are so polite and accommodating. The hotel is close to town (about a ten minute walk) you can take the shortcut which was a path down to the town from the back of the hotel. Also along the main road right outside the hotel you can catch the local bus to the other side of the island. I already can't wait to go back! A perfect hotel.
One of the most excellent hotels we had in Greece. Very good localization on the road from Parikia to Naoussia. The bus stops just in front of the hotel, no need of a car to discover most of the touristic curiosities. The stadium with athletic tracks is just at 100 meters. Servicies at the hotel are perfect, everything is done to satisfy you, breakfast buffet is at the level of a 4 stars hotel, pesonnel is kind and provide you with appropriate information and hotel is perfectly managed to support you. Special thanks to Elleni.
What a charming, wonderful and peaceful hotel well maintained by the staff with an amazing view of the sea and port. The hotel deserve 4* for the quality of the staff, the place, and the equipment. We were at the terrible horrible hotel Pyrgaki 4* but in fact no more than 2* which was certify to us by the owner living in ATH to be 100% wheelchair accessible, but was not true. We had to change, because of the inaccessibility it was not possible to stay. I decided to look around, and then found this authentic Parian jewel. Elena was at the entrance to welcome me, and inform me about the hotel. The hotel is close to the beaches, many restaurants like the very good "Katharina" restaurant: traditional and cheap Greek food ask Elena about it, she will give you plenty off advice where to dine, etc... Elena is a truly nice, affectionate, professional, and extra miles woman! Always in good mood, smiling. She was there the whole day sometime to take care and manage the hotel. Waooo, Elena you are TOP, stay like you are. We have really enjoy the way you treat your guest. The hotel is really well organized with 2 floors rooms. We had 2 rooms 107-109 if I remember well, located on the ground floor with a nice view on the big clean swimming pool and the sea. Beautiful flowers everywhere in/around the hotel. Rooms are very comfortable, well equipped with everything you need. Calm, with good light, mosquito spray everyday in the room from the TOP and helpful Maid. And USEFUL for us, it was accessible to my two parents in wheelchairs. Breakfast is very good in choice ( cake, bread, olives, salads, yogurt, juice, eggs, cereals,... ) either in quality, and freshness GOOD. It is served on the nice terrace with amazing view. Free Wifi, free parking, ALL YOU NEED TO HAVE A GOOD REST AND ENJOY THE BEAUTY OF THE ISLAND We will definitely come back in this hotel when back to Paros. Philippe
Eri is a nice and fresh hotell. It is close to centrum, only couple of minutes by walk. nice view. The pool is really fresh and good. All staff is very helpful and kind. Eri is really worth the price!
We've booked a family room for one week and received more or less an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a small kitchenette with fridge. We had also seaview and it was a perfect place outside if it was too hot beside of the pool. The housekeeping makes a great job, they change the towels every day even if we thought that it is not necessary. The breakfast was good and you have enough to choose (bred, cereals, yoghurt, honey, eggs...) We met very friendly people, you get help for every request (e.g. Hiring 2 quads - delivered to the hotel) The busstop is in front of the hotel (2,40€ to Perissa) There is a small way to the harbor approx. 15 minutes walk and you will find different kind of tavernas. We've enjoyed this week and if we return to Paros we will stay at this place again!
Super friendly and helpfull staff. Eri hotel had a great location with a nice view. Just a ten minute walk from the center of Parikia with all its taverns and great value for the price. We stayed there for five nights and really loved it. As far as I could see all of the rooms have either a cozy little porch or a balcony. I can really say that i recommend it to anyone going to Paros
Had a fab time at hotel Eri. Great location. Super clean. Very well run and managed. Only (slight) downside was size of shower in bathroom but not enough of a bother to make a difference to a great holiday.
Our room, which is actually an apartment fit for about 5 people, was spacious and had a large balcony for relaxing and watching the scenery. The mattresses were not as comfortable as most. The breakfast is fabulous and the staff is friendly and helpful. Short walk to Parikia for a stroll through town and sightseeing or supper. Great views of the bay and you are nestled in a small valley.
