Mardiva Farmhouse boasts unique aesthetics with an authentic feel, curated with extra care and attention. The interior & exterior furnishing has been carefully chosen to provide maximum comfort incorporating natural and agricultural elements whilst offering all amenities necessary for an easy and relaxing stay.

The Mediterranean Sun not only gives life to the estate’s vineyards, olive and home-grown vegetable gardens but also powers the Villa itself through renewable solar energy. The idyllic estate enjoys its own water source through a traditional well which in turn is used for irrigation purposes. The Villa can be both a refreshing oasis during summertime and a cosy gateway during wintertime through cooling and heating systems easily controlled from each separate space.

Mardiva Farmhouse is a two-level stone-built villa enjoying unobstructed views of the gulf of Molos, the neighbouring Naxos Island and the surrounding hills. The unique positioning of the estate in an unspoiled sea-side valley, provides the necessary privacy for a quite escape, while, at the same time, it allows guests to enjoy the vibrant cosmopolitan lifestyle of the Naousa village, located just 10 minutes away.

Guests can enjoy one of the best sandy beaches of the island (Molos beach is just a 5-minutes’ walk) as well as private pool and heated jacuzzi facilities. At the same time, there is a well-equipped in-house private gym and a separate open-space yoga and meditation area.

Finally, together with Manos, our gardener, you may harvest delicious leafy salads, collect your own tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh onions for your lunch and herbs such as dill, mint, rosemary, and many more. Use the fresh olive oil from our trees, taste home-grown fresh fruits such as figs and grapes, enjoy home-made jams, and get to know what each season delivers to our table.
