The villa is equipped with all modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Nestled in a tranquil 3-acre haven, the villa is just a short stroll from the pristine Golden Beach, one of the biggest and most popular beaches on the island, as well as the picturesque villages of Marpissa and Piso Livadi. This prime location provides easy access to some of the island's best sandy shores and authentic tavernas.

This unique villa can be characterized as two villas in one, featuring two spacious living rooms on different levels, perfect for relaxation, and two fully equipped open-plan kitchens ideal for family dining, complemented by a private infinity pool with sun loungers that are accessible directly through balcony doors. Its amphitheatric design protects it from the wind, while the expansive layout includes more than two external seating areas, all sun-shaded with pergolas, allowing ample opportunities for isolation and the ability to enjoy private moments.
