Worth the price but…

The girl working the front desk was amazing. She was super sweet and helpful. This place is SUPER hard to find. Really frustrating… took us about 45 min of walking in circles to find. All the maps were taking us to the wrong place. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and heard weird noises in the pipes all night but for the price it was overall good.

The hotel is well located and the room very good size and well equipped other than there is not coffee / tea maker. The only issue was finding it was not easy by car and then parking is not normally available despite Expedia's description saying on site outdoor parking is included! But otherwise I highly recommend it.

They drove me to and from my ferry, delivered breakfast to my room at the time I preferred and were very nice! The room was also amazing with a walk out terrace and it was located right in the center of Naoussa!

Black Mold

Our group had 6 of the 8 rooms here for a period. There was black mold in the bathrooms. Our room in particular smelled like sewage all the time. Additionally, the hotel charged my credit card for two of the rooms I had booked when the agreement was to “pay at the hotel” and did not send me a receipt. The location is convenient and the staff were friendly. No manager on site, but attentive when you would call.

This hotel was located in a perfect location of Naoussa. The room we had was modern, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we required. We had a small courtyard at the back, which was nice to have the extra room and space to eat our breakfast or have afternoon drinks. Breakfast was included and you get to choose from a small selection of breakfast items that are delivered to your door at the time you requested. We found the selection to be sufficient, and I believe you could request any dietary requirements you might have, as they were very accommodating. Staff were very friendly, helpful and respectful. The location is within minutes of restaurants and bars, the town centre is only about a 5-10 minute walk, as is the KTEL bus stop where you can catch the bus to take you to different locations around the island. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Really welcoming staff, checked us in 2 hours earlier because our ferry arrived early which we appreciated. Organized reception, gave us a folder with details, wifi, breakfast choices and option for laundry which we liked. The breakfast times were a bit late for us. They gave us a time from 8-10. We wrote down 8 but didn't get breakfast until 9:30. We like starting our day early so that didn't really work for us. Breakfast came to the room in a tray which was different and neat. Overall the stay was pleasant. Our biggest thing was the room was really small and kind of tight. Tough to organize luggage otherwise very clean. Location was close to port and main highways. We rented a ATV for 2 days and was able to find parking easily. I also didn't like the comforter/blanket and there was no extra sheet.

Ideal Location! Friendly Staff!

This property was ideally situated to walk into the lovely village which had many restaurants and beautiful shops. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Elpida, in particular, was very helpful providing maps and printing local bus routes for us. They serve your breakfast (made to order) on your private patio which was outstanding. I would rate this property 10/10!

amazing service

I loved this hotel! Demetra, the who works at the desk made me feel so welcome. The rooms are clean and modern. it's like you have your own house. You get to choose your breakfast and time and it gets delivered to you! It's only 5 minutes to the main square. And less than 10 minutes to a beach. There's lots of little restaurants and cafe around. it was a perfect change from coming from Santorini. I will return again!
