EXECUTIVE VILLA (3 bedrooms)

It is located right between the Ambassador and the 4 bedroom Executive Villa. The particular villa offers intimate access to the beautiful blue waters of the Aegean Sea. Step out into the sunshine, lay on your sun chairs around the 45 sq meters swimming pool and dive into the crystal waters with totally privacy. The villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a kitchenette in 3 levels.

On the main floor, there is an open plan style kitchenette and spacious living room with fire place and a full equipped lounge in country style. A sliding white door separates the 2 master bedrooms with king size beds from the living room.

The bathroom is from granite and the shower cabin from crystal. All bathrooms furniture is made from wood and the porcelains are Italian. On the last floor is the 3rd master bedroom with king size bed and white furniture. There is a small lobby right outside the bedroom with a sofa bed. The view from the veranda is stunning. The bathroom is based on the same style as the one mentioned on the living room level. The entire plot is 1.000 sq meters and the villa can accommodate easily 6 persons. Parking for 2 cars.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a dryer, and a fireplace. Limited housekeeping is available.
