Enjoy space and privacy at the 225 indoor sq. meters Executive Villa. Bordered by plants and colored flowers, this exclusive beach hideaway is the epitome of romance and intimacy. Relaxation is a must next to the pool (45 sq meters), enjoy a leisurely read on the outdoor veranda and watch as the sun dips behind the waters at dusks. The villa features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & a kitchenette in 3 levels. On the first floor there is a full white master bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom made from granite with shower cabin and crystal door. All bathroom furniture is from white Italian porcelains and wood. Next to the bedroom there is a small living room with a traditional sofa bed (lounge style) and 2 minimalistic light brown colored armchairs.

On the main floor, there is an open plan style kitchenette and spacious living room with fire place and a full equipped lounge in country style. A separate comfy WC with shower cabin is located on the particular level as well. A sliding white door separates the other 2 master bedrooms with king size beds. On the last floor is the 4th master bedroom with stunning views from its veranda and a bathroom made as the one mentioned on the first floor. The entire plot is 1.000 sq meters and the villa can accommodate easily 6+2 persons. Parking for 2 cars
