The entire villa, in its interior and exterior spaces, prepares you for a comfortable and relaxed stay, ideal for resting both mind and body! Our facilities and the fully equipped villa as well as the extra services you may request ensure you a carefree vacation and the feeling of home while you are away from your own. The private swimming pool on the front very large veranda with the outside living room and dining room offer you the pleasure of unobstructed contact with nature, the sun and the blue Aegean sea. And the comfortable interiors, however, with their pale colors and aesthetics, exude calmness and peace.
The area is quiet, on the hill above the town of Parikia where the island's port is located. The distance from Parikia is actually very short, however, because the road to the hill and the villa goes round with some bends and there is no public transport, a private means of transport is necessary so that you can move independently at any time depending on your mood!
Important clarification: taxes are included in price, value added tax 13% and transient occupancy tax 0,5%.
