Located in a quiet residential area between the two villages of Marmara and Prodromos in the southeast of the island it is close to all town amenities. With privacy and independence in mind, while being designed, the property is built and composed of two semi-detached houses covering a total living area of 120m2. Each house comprises a double bedroom, a children’s double bed, a private bathroom, a kitchen, and a cozy indoor living area with access to its secluded back veranda. Each house has independent access while parking space is available right outside. All modern amenities such as wifi internet, Smart TVs with cable channels, and electrical appliances are available in each house. Depending on the weather conditions, especially regarding the August windy days, a portable BBQ grill is also available for guests’ use. Accessed by the pool area, an independent guest house is available for guests. It is composed of a large double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, and an en-suite bathroom adding to the total capacity of the property.

The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and an electric kettle.
