Akoya Pearl Villa est la plus grande et la plus flexible des structures du complexe. Elle comprend 3 chambres et un appartement au sous-sol, dont 2 avec des lits king size et 1 avec des lits individuels qui peuvent être séparés. Il y a une cuisine ouverte avec un îlot central, offrant une vue sur la mer et le salon. L`appartement du sous-sol dispose 2 lits individuels qui peuvent être séparés et un lit/ canapé convertible pour un troisième invité.

La grande véranda offre un espace repas et un canapé, avec vue sur la piscine, la mer et le jardin qui entoure toute la villa, ainsi qu`une cuisine extérieure dédiée pour les barbecues. La véranda supérieure est accessible depuis l`intérieur et par un escalier extérieur. Vous y vivrez une vue époustouflante, et elle est également équipée d`une autre cuisine extérieure et d`un réfrigérateur pour vos apéritifs l`après-midi ou pour un petit-déjeuner en plein air.

De plus, l`autre unité appelée Akoya Pearl 2, un appartement indépendant de 65 m² situé au sous-sol de la villa, est reliée à l`intérieur par un escalier avec une porte double/verrou pour assurer la séparation et l`intimité, ou par un portail extérieur dédié situé à côté de l`entrée principale de la villa.

L`appartement comprend une autre cuisine entièrement équipée, ouverte sur un grand salon et un espace salle à manger. Un couloir mène à une petite pièce (idéale pour vos articles de plage et autres accessoires), puis à la chambre et à la salle de bain.
