Loved the house layout and location, but problems.
First let me say the property is an pictured. The location was perfect for my family of 6. The staff from the driver who picked us up, Chef Menelaos who made us dinner, and the house keeping staff were wonderful. We enjoyed the pool for hours and the outside space was relaxing with an amazing view.
The house had several minor issues, outside shower wasn't working when we arrived, safe had no power, internet only worked on the lower level and a piece of tile fell in the pool. I reported everything but the safe on day two and most were addressed quickly. An attempt was made to fix the router but it never did work. I would still of given the property I five stars as it was vacation and none of those items affected the quality of our stay.
Our big issue was the mold smell in one of the lower level bathrooms. The mold was not visable. The property manager Georgios was aware of the issue and acknowledged they had attempted a fix, but they were unable to resolve. We kept the door closed due to strong odor and therefore the third bathroom was unusable.
I spoke to Georgios about the issue before leaving and was told I could have a discount when I returned. I have messaged him to work out a more agreeable solution to this year's stay with no response. Not ideal customer service.
