Yin Yang Villa is located at the traditional village of ‘Dryos’ only one breath away from the amazing ‘private-like’ beach of ‘Boutari’ and only 5 minutes’ walk from the cosmopolitan ‘Golden Beach’. This exceptional villa is located in a spectacular location offering unimaginable levels of privacy and easy access to surround site. Beach but not only bars, restaurants and local super market are no more than a 10 min walk in all directions.

The property was built in 2011 with respect in environment and local architecture and can accommodate up to 8persons on 170m2. Built on high aesthetic standards, villa offers private verandas with uninterrupted views to Aegean sea, communal garden, secure wide parking, fully equipped large kitchen, air condition, open plan lounge, double (and twin) bedrooms all in traditional wooden floors. With three double bedrooms (master bedroom is ensuit with a private terrace and spectacular views) two more bathrooms, a multi-level lounge and a wine cellar.

Our property combines luxury with a minimal elegance and a state of privacy, it is located in the ideal location that provides it all, 1 min walking to an almost private hidden beach, relaxation and resting if so you wish and a 5 min walk to Paros best beach where water-sports, restaurants café and even shopping are all in place.
