Was really nice unfortunately it rained most of the time.

There is a lot of construction. To get to the hotel, you drive up a dirt road littered with nails. We ended up with a nail in our tire so be careful. There are men holding “slow” or “stop” signs so it can take awhile to leave or return.

Property management was super nice and had our room ready early for us as requested. This was a great place to stay for an event at the Canyons resort side of PCMR and is located right next to the main stage area.

This is the cleanest, quietest hotel in PC. I stay in PC often for work and this is my go to when available.

Great location at the base of Canyons Village with access to hiking, biking trails. Property was clean and room was nice, a great value for the cost!

Front desk not very responsive to problems. We had a running toilet, a flickering light and frequent cold water in the shower. We reported these issues many times and it was never addressed. In fact we were told that a lot of people were trying to take a shower at the same time, so there was no more hot water and that there was nothing else they could do. One night we were locked out of our room and had to wait for 40 minutes before our door could be opened. I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Great location and center courtyard. 2 bedroom room was huge.

Everything was perfect. The staff was not clear in communicating some things and did not make us feel very wanted. Although the property manager did call to give us an opportunity to voice concerns.

It was over the top from the room to the food and activities, excellent all the way around.

We stayed here 3 years ago, had a great experience and decided to come back again. The property is steps from the gondola, the ski valet/storage is super convenient and the rooms are great (especially the washer/dryer). That all being said there were small inconveniences that we felt could have been better managed. Often, one of the two elevators were out of service. Additionally, there is an ATM machine right outside of the elevator and that was broken the whole time and it would have been helpful for the staff to put an "out of order" sign. I didn't get a dishtowel on the first day and requested one each day. The first day, I received extra sponges, the second day they gave me a bath hand towel and the third day I got extra dishwashing soap. Finally, on the fourth day, the housekeeping gave me the right item. The hot chocolate and cookies in the afternoon was a nice touch and I thought that coffee and tea in the morning would also be appreciated by guests if the lodge is looking for ideas. The ski valet on the ground floor was very convenient. Because of the location, we would probably stay here again.

Our vacation on Sundial condominium was enjoyable. The location of the hotel is perfect, and although it does not have the same convenience as the Westgate on bringing your skies to the gondola, they still have room to drop them, and it is an effortless walk to the slopes. The apartment is well furnished; the kitchen has basically everything you need. Bathroom, bedding, and space, in general, is nice. Maybe the dining table is a little too big for the space. They do not offer room service every day, but if you ask for towels or taking the garbage away, they will do it (and surprisedly we got the room cleaned). There are two small hot tubs on the third floor and a swimming pool and hot tub on the main floor. The place was quiet. No room service but you have restaurants right on the square. Free convenient parking underground. We got a decent price before the Christmas break, and for the money, it is worth it but I checked the rates for February and they almost double the price (I wouldn't go for that amount of money).

The room was wonderful in terms of size and having everything we needed. However our room was not clean, in fact we found a pair of men's underwear in our children's room which was very gross. The closet door was broken, there was trash on our balcony with electrical cords hanging down to block our beautiful view of the mountainside. It was unfortunate and my poor son was cut by the metal sticking out of the bed as the mattress doesn't fit the frame and he was cut on the first day of our arrival. With some attention to cleanliness and detail it would be an amazing room.

Hotel had a lot of check ins the day we arrived. They clearly rushed through getting rooms ready as our room was not properly cleaned. The stove and dishes in the kitchen were greasy, there was garbage on the patio, the closet door was broken. We will never stay there again.

The hotel is in the most beautiful area in the mountains. Every room has a great view and a balcony. They have two pools and two hot tubs that were so much fun. We stayed here for my son's 14th birthday and he had a wonderful and memorable time. The only slightly negative is that the sofa sleeper is very uncomfy. But two young boys were able to manage. The staff is friendly. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. The janitor was very friendly, as well. It was a truly memorable stay!!

If you plan to ski the Canyons or Park City, this is a good location and a respectable hotel. That said, it's not a 4 star quality by any definition.

The hotel was great, convenient to Park City or Canyon Skiing. Pool and hot tubs were great. Good nearby restaurants. We'll be back!

Sundial Lodge at the Canyons was a wonderful place to stay, just wish there was more snow.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. The construction on the dirt road has been completed so now there is a brand new asphalt road up to us in the village. I hope you choose to stay with us soon.
