The best things about this unit are that it's a 5 min. walk (in ski boots) from the Snow Lodge lift, and it has underground parking. It is fairly spartan overall, but has a well-outfitted kitchen. And at least when we went, the price was competitive. As to the downsides, one is temporary and the other permanent: The temporary issue is that there are no stairs from the garage to your unit; I assume they will be rebuilt soon, but it would have been nice to know that before we checked in. We had to call the after hours line to find out how to exit the garage. The permanent issue is that this unit sits on top of the garage, and every time the garage door rolls up, you hear it in the unit. If you're a light sleeper -- as I am -- it may wake you up every time the door rolls up. It didn't wake my wife, but it did me. Also, it snowed twice while we were there -- which is great, since we were skiing -- but the walkways weren't shoveled and salted as well as they should have been. Overall, a decent unit for a deep-sleeping couple who's skiing.
