The Park City resort base is an EASY 3 or 4 minute walk. If you choose, the free shuttle stops near the condo to take you to Park City Main Street, Deer Valley Ski area, the Canyons area, or to the Outlets at Kimball Junction. We like to walk the 10 minutes to Old Town for Breakfast rather than take the free bus but the the option is yours. The Townhouse is non-smoking with no pets. Children welcome.
Our Townhouse has been recently refurbished with new quartz countertops, new King beds, mattresses, end tables and bedding, new Washer, Dryer, and Dishwasher, new sliding doors (18 feet of glass to the deck), original artwork, new TVs, new BBQ, new flooring, new tile showers, new dining chairs, new bar stools, new sectional, couch, ottomans, new Private Hot tub, new steam shower and other additions that add to the Park City themed rooms. We have two King beds, two Twin beds, and two Queen sofa sleepers for 10 guests.
Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bath. Each is decorated to represent the activities Park City has long been known for. The spacious rooms, unique furnishings, and comfortable setting provides a wonderful getaway retreat.

Summertime provides a beautiful mountain setting for biking and hiking as well as fun activities and ball games in the city park adjacent to the condo. Located in a historic part of the town, this condominium's location puts you close to so much that is Park City.

A car isn't necessary since you are within walking distance to most everything: Historic Main Street, Park City Mountain Resort, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, movie theater, the summer skate park, ice skating, Park City park with baseball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and children’s playground. The free Park City bus system stop is steps away from your front door. The bus can take you to skiing at Deer Valley and The Canyons, additional movie theaters and shopping at Redstone Shopping Center, the Outlet Stores, and the Utah Olympic Park (2002 Winter Olympic games site)as well as many Sundance Film Festival venues. During the warmer months there is mountain biking at all 3 ski resorts, plenty of golf, hiking, world class fly fishing, ballooning, and 2 nearby lakes for water activities.

The layout of the condo is as follows:
Upstairs there are two bedroom suites: The Ski Room with a new king size bed, double closets, and a full bath/shower. The Wildlife Theme Room has a new king size bed with a bathroom and shower. We have two big NEW water heaters so you will not run out of hot water.

The main level has a full sized kitchen, dining room, family room with gas fireplace, and access to a full balcony. Two couches on the main level convert into queen beds. The main level bathroom has a washer and dryer, as well as a large steam room/shower.

Downstairs has the Silver Mine Bedroom with two twin log headboard beds and a full bath/shower. The PRIVATE hot tub is located next to the entrance door in its own Cedar walled room. Two covered parking stalls are located next to the front door on this level. Additional parking is available on site.
Payment through VRBO only. No checks. Our condo is professionally cleaned for each guest. Security cameras are used in the carport and driveway to help protect the guests and property.
