The people at the front desk were courteous and friendly. The HVAC unit did not function for 2 days. The room was not refreshed for the entire 4 nights of my stay. There was no meal service of any type ( not even vending machines from which to obtain drinks or snacks). The location was quite remote from the Main Street area and the slopes.
We showed up a bit early and they got us right in. Very friendly through out our stay. They also allowed us to delay our departure due to weather. Very convenient to DT and skiing!
great, big suite with 2 bedrooms; liked the large indoor pool
We liked having a full kitchen, the indoor pool and sauna were nice as well even though the jets were out in the whirlpool tub while we were there it was still very warm.
Convenient location to restaurants and bus to the mountain. Loved the fireplace in the room. Large room with kitchen, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and utensils. Fast response from front desk when we needed them. We had to ask for the sheets to be changed because we found a number of hair on them. Shower pressure was weak and ran out of hot water by 10am. Their free shuttle to the mountain was not reliable but luckily the local bus is less than a block away. Overall it was a good stay.
Hot tub and pool were great after a great day on the slopes
The HVAC unit in my room 117 was very loud when it kicked on throughout the night and woke me up several times.
Good central location and great value considering the amenities and outrageously priced resorts in its vicinity
Loved the room size, with fireplace , kitchen, and balcony. Staff very helpful when we needed help lighting the gas fireplace. Nice mountain views
We stayed for over a week and loved every minute of it ! Michael, Troy, and Rose were the best ! Everyone was very willing to help with any request. The room was very good and with a full kitchen ! It made breakfast easy for the kids. I would go back again in a heartbeat. Thank you again for all the great times ! We will certainly be back !
The Park plaza was very clean and the room was very spacious, great shuttle service to ski areas
My guest and I checked into the Park Plaza Resort this past weekend Dec. 10-11, 2016 and had a blast. This past weekend was a early birthday gift for me and the manager was just amazing. He up graded our room to a beautiful two bedroom and said Happy Birthday. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. I would for sure stay at this resort again and recommend this resort to anyone else. *THANK YOU PARK PLAZA RESORT FOR GIVING ME HAVE A GREAT BIRTHDAY WEEKEND!
For the price point of this hotel I was very happy with the room! Enjoyed the gas fireplace very much.
Pleasant surprise when I arrived at my room. Did not expect a kitchen. It was so cozy just like an apartment. Clean, convenient 2 sinks in bathroom area. Very nice. I would definitely stay here again
The a/c went out and the lady at the front desk said I could park on the street and my van was towed. Will not return to this hotel or recommend it to anyone.
This hotel was much further from the resorts and downtown then I thought. There wasn't a front parking place for you to go check in, you just park right in front. I was worried our parked car would be in the way of someone else. Not a nice staff, when I booked the room I called immediately to request a late check out because we were doing a 5K the next morning and wasn't sure we would be able to check out on time. On the phone I was reassured that it wasn't a problem, and that it was noted for my room. I get there, and the man at the counter had no idea. I explained the situation and was told I couldn't have a late check out. That the next day was 'too busy'. We find our room and at first it looked great. Roomy, clean, has the kitchen and sitting area. Then we started to notice the details. The bathroom fan didn't work, it got very muggy when we would shower. We went out for dinner and came back and the room was SO HOT! We go to turn the AC on, and it didn't work. I call the front desk and the guy goes 'To be honest we don't have it working' It's June, in Utah.... why don't you have your AC working!? They gave us a fan but that didn't help at all. I was too hot to even sleep, and why wasn't I told about this when I checked in?
Great place great location underground parking was clutch
Clean. Great breakfast. Staff is attentive. Very happy with my choice to stay there.
convenient to get to other locations-we could cook from our full kitchen instead of eating out every meal. Fun things for the kids to do- comfortable and relaxing
Fun, relaxing weekend away. Very clean and quiet rooms.
